My Hero dont turn on!

get adb working. when attached in recovery mode you type "adb devices" your serial number must appear.

then go to the recovery image thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=561124

and follow the instructions "via adb -> Requires a custom recovery (with test-keys) like Cyanogen's v1.4 or my previous recovery"

after that flash a rom and report back if it works.

and dont show my device

do you have installed adb driver(if you are in windows??)

yes I install it. befor my phone dont ture on, even i install app with ADB.

dear friends anyone know I can change the CID of phone?? and whats my phone CID ?

describe exactly what happens when you turn your phone off and then:

a) press power

:) hold back and press power

c) hold menu and press power

dear Kendon my phone is totally off,

a) when i going to power on normally, it stop on HERO logo and i have to put the battery off for turn off my phone.

That looks hopeful. If you have PC connectivity issues, solve them first. Try this guide. Does your current recovery image support adb? Even if not, you might be able to use fastboot to boot a custom recovery image (get the current AmonRa for YOUR handset) which does include full adb support. From within the recovery image you can execute: adb shell cat /sys/class/mmc_host/mmc1/mmc1:*/cid & thereafter make a gold card & follow existing instructions. Only do this however if you feel you are able to understand & follow instructions carefully. If you make mistakes, such as flashing images intended for other devices, you could well brick your handset.
