maybe it's new rule for samsung's rom, odd number is for 6.5.3, even number is for 6.5.

Nice idea but I think you're wrong: I recently had JD7 installed (listed under http://samsung-firmware.webs.com/WEBPROTEC...sungwmi8000.htm) and this has been 6.5 instead of 6.5.3 ROM :) .

I think JE2 is a step backward in all senses. WM build is 21895 (latest 6.5 were 23103). I also found that WiFi driver is 1.2.8 (JE1 has 1.3.5). I will completely jump it...

Almost all recent rom leak from kingmobil.net.... They call that's a JD7, because the CSC is JD7.... but the PDA is JD4.

You don't know what you're talking about.

The 23XXX build numbers belongs to the 6.5.X ROMs.

The latest build number in JD6 was 21895. The same as in this JE2.

And don't compare the 6.5.3 and 6.5 drivers. Those are hardly the same, because of the different needs of the different WM versions. The gles.dll also different between 6.5 and 6.5.3, but not better at all. The 6.5.3's gles.dll really buggy. That's cause the white squares in the Sense 2.5 on 6.5.X ROMs.

WM 6.5's latest known version IS build 21895. Build 23103 is WM 6.5.3.

As for the WiFi driver, JE1 has a newer version probably due to some modifications for WM 6.5.3. Sometimes, a newer driver version does not mean that it is better. Just my opinion though.. ;)
