I tried going to system/app then performing rm Acer* but it says that it is read only (worked fine in 1.6) I diden't get remount to work but titanium bakup is working anyway so until a fully functional rooting option you can remove acerapps tru titanium if you want. I have only tested rooting with malez rooting metod 2 (don't know the difference between the choices). Maybe the bootimage for 0.014 could work. Guest Kafka Datura
No, :P still very slowwwww.... No reason to flash in that case, i hope that will be fixed for the release. Accessing at first is normal, but the more sms you have, the longer it gets ...

Guest yang123
guys it's the official release!! oh my god... reading sim card every reboot and sms slow loading is still not solved.... acer expects us to solve by our cook roms?
Guest jayziac
guys it's the official release!! What makes you say that? It would seem that an official release should have a version 1.000... at least according to previous Acer ROMs based on Android 1.6. BTW I noticed only 2 things different from 0.014f ROM. Google Navigation is installed by default. And Acer settings has an extra 2G data timeout setting now. That's about it as far as I can see. I really think Acer should focus more time on getting things to run smoother than installing all this extra junk that people don't really need. Guest HustlinDaily
I think they are saying that due to the phone being released in Italy recently and this one being dated 5/

Guest Quipeace
I'm really wondering why Acer doesn't interact with it's users (and cooks!) a little more. I'll probably flash tomorrow, I'll have enable appps2sd first as I'm getting tired of reinstalling every single time :P

Guest malez
Just for information : LCR 1.5 + cam patch () can work on top of this bin file. So you can flash it, and restore a nandroid backup you have done when on LCR 1.5 or install LCR 1.5 on top Just don't forget to apply the cam patch
