HOW to OFF Auto Loudspeaker switching?

After I receive a call, my OMNIA2 switch Loudspeaker automatically ON. I don't know whats going on because until now it never happened. Restart won't help.

When I make a call and cover proximity sensor loudspeaker stays OFF but when I uncover Loudspeaker again automatically switch on. When I cover it again loudspeaker stays on anyway.

Maybe I set something but I cannot figure out how to switch it back. I can hardreset handset but it takes me ages to setup everything back.

Do you know how to switch it off ???

get spb backup and you can restore your phone after hard reset in about five minutes. great software.

Yes but if I restore all data back I probably restore that bug as well? Not true?
