Guest keyra74 Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 looks like a wipe is needed from r4...
Guest Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 Tried flashing over r4, a lot of forcecloses and a buggy unlock screen... Maybe better luck after wiping...
Guest keyra74 Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 far better after a wipe, no more screwed up lock screen or fcs it even asked for my real isp on startup
Guest liljom Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 hey Paul I have this blog: http://hero-roms.blogspot.com/ I like your ROMs and I want to let people try the b5 Can I make a ROM without WaveSecure (as I am an AdFree member) and post it? Thanks, Roland
Guest Dan Mullen Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 thankies ! baking on progress :D and in fact you need htc sync but the one on phone, i thought you were saying the one on pc No, I wouldn't suggest you need a program installed on your PC for a feature on your phone to work
Guest Zeppu Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 I'm stuck in a boot loop. I wiped everything before, performed update and now it keeps looping at the 'quietly brilliant' screen

Guest Paul Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 Incomer, looks like a problem with your dalvik-cache, strange... do 'adb shell rm -rf /data/dalvik-cache' and 'adb shell rm -rf /cache/*'? P
Guest Paul Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 I've just uploaded some changes that should resolved the bootloop issue for those that are having it, simply rebake and reflash. P

Guest Zeppu Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 (edited) I've just uploaded some changes that should resolved the bootloop issue for those that are having it, simply rebake and reflash. P Paul, what should my ext partition be if I'm using A2SD? ext3 or ext4? I currently have an ext3 partition (as written in the kitchen A2SD instructions) but I don't know what's first and second? Will the partitioning as done by the recovery image Ra 1.5.2 do well? Edited June 30, 2010 by Zeppu

Guest Mange Eriksson Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 Im getting the process.gapps error too. any thing being done about that? I had the same issue, rebaked reflashed, problem solved
Guest grasvater Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 Works great, but if you bake a rom without "HTC Sync" you cant connect via usb (mass storage). In the Modaco 3.2 you have no "HTC Sync" but the USB connection work.
