Ok well it looks like Kdkinc found the fix for the contact photo not letting you dial. Found it in another thread (seems to be a wide spread issue with Omnia's)

You can download it here, but I'm sure it will be cooked into Steels next build ( it will be in mine ;) )

Very good, I had reported this a few pages back,

wireless controls in the sense Settings still not responding.

something not right with Sense Facebook either, doesn't want to update correctly, and will only sync some of the contact pics

In case it hasn't been reported, yet (I didn't see it). The buttons are invisible on dialog boxes, like when you uncheck the SSL box setting up activesync. The buttons are still there and you can press them, you just can't see them (the one on the left is yes or ok, cancel or no is on the right). I'd upload a screenshot, but that's the only dialog I can think of right now and the box goes away when I plug it into my PC.

Yes, you have to change it to condor to fix it. I'm going to make that theme default next build.

Took me a while to figure out how to change the theme, so here is a quick tutorial.

windows icon (bottom left)

settings icon

home icon

select "Condor GT Black Edition"

this is a really good release, Steel. thanks for all your hard work. i dont see any problems with beta 0.1 just yet and i pretty much did everything that i would normally do on my phone. i guess the bloatware and storage memory is the only thing. other than that this one is near perfection. think im done flashing my phone for now, im just gonna keep this version until the final release. great work, Steel, i love this ROM!

Hmm, didn't work for me. Now when I click on a contact pic, it gives me a maniladialer.exe error...

Much agreed sandman... With the fixes for dialing from the HTC contact page cabbed in, and now the theme changing thing, I'm impressed with what's been done. Great work Steel.

im not sure if this problem is related to this ROM or not, but i noticed it only when i updated to this one. when i use fim (facebook instant messenger) i cant see my home page or notifications or anything, it just shows a white page. the only thing i can do is the chat option. any one else that uses fim experience this problem?

Will it be possible to take this rom and cook from it?(may and try and remove applications, and make it my first attempt!) thinking I may attempt to make a lite rom from it because I like it so much! By the way if not been said enough you chefs are the greatest!

yes I changed it to condor. I don't think it's a theme issue cuz I can't click anything either. Could it be a 6.5.5 issue? Cuz it never did that with 6.5
