Because I never read over this problem in this topic, am I the only one with this problem ?

you can try settings button then wake up. then select only lock button only. maybe when you accidentally press the power (lock or power) by default, the phone wakes up and even if its lock thats why its making that sound. just give it a try

shadowangel....i have 2 bugs...

1 - when i intalled pt-br cab the sms lost the sound... then i came back to english and now it works ok..

2 - MMs doesn't work...do you know how to fix this problem??

About the sms sound, I'm looking into it.

I could use some help on the mms issue... nobody sends me mms xD

And mokkimhong said it is working for him for sending and receiving, but he cannot open them...

for those who want to enable sound click when you compose message you can try change the registry in hklm-software-htc-ezsip and change clicksoundenabled to 1

works for me.

is there a work around audio booster? to enable it?

on personal it is selectable and seems to be working but I think it waits for or a HTC sound driver or windows wavedev.dll but didn't have the time to test it...

Is there a way to completely disable weather on Home tab? I mean make it just like when you first see it after hard reset.

Update:

Nevermind, I've got the solution.

Just tested it again with my Personal and that issue doesn't happen... and nobody else reported that as well... I don't know what could be happening with your device... =/

Before I start over again with your rom, If I understand right you can't wakeup the device with the front power buton ? Because with my device I can wakeup the device with the front power buton and the right power buton. And if I push the right buton for a few seconds it unlocks the device.

one way to test, maybe you can ask your friend to send you some Contact/vCard?

it will be sent using MMS.

cheers.

Ya can choose which button u want to wake the device with. Just go to samsung settings->button->wakeup

u can choose from lock button only, any button and lock or power.

hope this helps mate

cheers

With the device off, hold Right Side hardware Lock key + Volume Up key + Phone Dial button + Phone Power On/Off button until a message pops up asking if you want to format the device.

Sorry for my english

about the same 53MB with just s2p 1.0 open and 62MB when closed. This has been the case with many sense ROM's i have tried, but this ROM just works and most of the HTC features are integrated and work as well and no freezing. But getting my phone prefect i ended up losing my storage NOT the ROMs fault as it was fine the 5 resets i did after i flashed.

G'day folks

Thanks to the bloody flu I was stuck at home all day today.. so I just played around with different pagepool sizes of the full version to find out the one with the highest amount of free ram.

Here are the findings (all values from the second boot)

0mb : Available RAM : 167.25, Free RAM : 48.09

4mb : Available RAM : 163.22, Free RAM : 75.5 (a bit laggy)

8mb : Available RAM : 159.22, Free RAM : 72.73 (my fave)

10mb : Available RAM : 157.22, Free RAM : 71.28

12mb : Available RAM : 155.12, Free RAM : 66.88

16mb : Available RAM : 151.12, Free RAM : 64.46

20mb : Available RAM : 147.18, Free RAM : 59.41

Once the device is locked and unlocked u loose about 6 mbs of ram and it stays there.

I'm using the 8mb version and I've got 63.12 mb of free ram after installing all my fav programs and playing with it for 3 hours

P.S. Shadow.. I'll rephrase again... THIS is the best sense rom ever :D cheers mate

After my investigation, I've found some clues as how to make the RSS scroll on the first page... If someone is willing to test it, here we go:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\InfoEasyMessage]

"EnableOnHomeScreen"=dword:1 <= set it to 1

(if it stops, just go there again)

No need to restart or softreset.

I checked that registry value, and it's already set to 1.

Have you already run RSS and selected the channels you want to follow? It is supposed only to show new information... if you read all it'll show nothing. (I'm following tips... don't know if in the end it will work, as HTC dudes are having the same "battle")

First of all, great rom, thanks Shadow.

But I have a little problem.

I had installed the Personal version of the rom, but for some reason i can't switch off the Data Connection inside the Communication Manager. Is there any solution for that?

one more question, i check my Manila version under "Software Information"

it shows that Manila version is 2.5.20153712.0

is this correct?

i thought it should be 2.5.2016 huh?

The issue about that it that you can switch off the data connection but the button reports that it is still one, ain't it? (after a while off the Comm Manager updates it)

as stated on the first page, the Manila Core is 20153712 and that is what is reported on about.

Personal is a more updated version: 20161332

It's just a replace for the default 3g icon... informing you that your network supports 3g... when you are connected there will be 2 3g indications... you can disable it at samsung settings if you do not use it.
