Mio A701 is Not working - Help !!!!!

Hi All,

My Mio A701 is not working properly.

Batter is fully Charged and

(Mio has 2 LED lights on Top right hand side.)

when i click on Red Phone Symbol (Power ON) Button then this is what happens.

Right LED flashes to pink (Mio has 2 LED lights on Top right hand side.)

Result : Both Green Phone Symbol + Red Phone Symbol (Power Button) Light UP . But i am not getting any Display.

If I keep Red Phone Symbol (Power Button) pressed for few seconds then nothing happens

I also tried Hard reset,

Hold down Volume button + then pressed the Red Phone Symbol (Power Button) until phone vibrates

Result : Phone Vibrates but nothing happens

I also tried soft reset

By pressing the reset button.

When i presses the reset button, Right LED flashes to pink (Mio has 2 LED lights on Top right hand side.)

Both Green Phone Symbol + Red Phone Symbol (Power Button) Light UP . But i am not getting any Display.

I have changed the battery also but problem remains.

Display is completely OFF.

any Ideas what else i could try?

Or does anybody know what could be wrong with it.
