sh.a.rk can you add dates to your main post when you edit it ? because I'm getting a little bit lost in which rom is the last one, dates would be really helpfull, thanks in advance

you can do a hard reset from phone, 1.switch off phone 2.press volume up + key lock ( do not release ) 3.press call button + switch off button 4.after vibrate, release all button 5.select format

thank you sh.a.rk ! i have been using your jg5 rom lately, and find it much more attractive and powerful than the stock rom. I have been messing around with no luck for days now trying to get gps to work for tomtom. does your jg5 or jh1 rom come with gps settings optimized or is that something i need to change...if so it would be awesome if someone could point me in the right direction.

my phone = i8000l, sh.a.rk's jg5 pure rom, spb shell, mobile shell manager, tomtom version 7

I'am use only IGO. Maybe probe change com port,or baud rate or install gps gate?

thx for the quick reply. anyone know where I can download gps gate and nogarder gps?... i assume it is just a cab, sorry if this is warez talk.

also, anyone know gps settings that work (com port, baud rate, etc) for i8000 using TomTom 7?

i've tried the stuff from post #95 on a good forum for gps, but gps still doesn't work (http://www.modaco.com/content-page/275659/permanent-gps-fix-for-samsung-i900-i8000-omnia/page/80/#entry1238381)

any suggestions plz,

sorry this gps stuf is in this forum, i just really like sh.a.rk's jg5 rom, and seems like this would be the best place for help.

Hi, TomTom is working on my o2 with this changes in registry settings:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\GPS Intermediate Driver\Drivers\Samsung GPS Hardware]

"InputBufferSize"=dword:00000200

"OutputBufferSize"=dword:00000200

"SleepOnNoData"=dword:00000000

Hi sh.a.rk! Your pure ROM is awesome. Thx for sharing! I have just one problem, i don't found any FM Radio that are working in your ROMs. Is any way to install working FM Radio? Thx

If samsung apps not working in pure Rom : copy Oem Apps to my storrage - run apps in this folder then open Fdc soft TaskMan - find this apps - details - find dll not running in windows folder - this dll need for correct work apps.

@mbalazs - any samsung settings (i8000, b7610, 7620 .. ) working in O2

In JH1 is camera fully working, but in JH2 camera settings are blank and taking a picture is impossible.

I test several files "Camera.exe.0409.mui". In JH1 is everything ok. Camera settings in JH2 is still blank.

:P Thanks Sh.a.rk , installed the camera.exe file into windows and now camera works well with jh2.

Could you reupload the oem7620.zip file?

Couldn't get it from Rapidshare for the past day. It gave me this error:-

i can't install fingerkeyboard 2.1, is there something with the security? iam using your jh2

Test Speedfrog or others lite 6.5.3 Rom.

i was able to get gps working on a different rom, but still having troubles with jh2. how come when i type *#1472365# it doesn't bring up nogarder gps settings like it should?.. i think that is what i need to access to get it working...

In JH2 only with registry changes is GPS working flawless (iGO, TomTom, OziExplorer, RunGPS)
