usually the PDA comes in many parts for downloading, how to combine them into only one to use with octans? I think i ever read a post teaching how to do that, can't find the thread already :) .

thank your response , already used JG5 last day , it can display chinese . but when you send a SMS or MMS ( not email) to other cell phone, the received cell phone display " ????? ". i don't know how to setting it ,can you tell me if you know.

go to windows folder and choose to show all files, then find sms-mms.exe, open it. press menu then options > compose > enable use unicode. then u r good to go

install WinRAR, download all the 4 parts of PDA, right click the .001 file choose extract here, put in password, then wait til its done. u'll have a one single MST. file to flash.

u can use Rodrigo's o2util tool to convert it.

Does this has something to do if you want to change the language of your phone?

to clarify:

1) no matter how many parts there are, I only have to extract the file from part 1 that's it? during the extraction, all files from other parts will be extracted to make a .mst file?

2) do I have to flash eb0 file when mine is already on winmo 6.5? I understand only need to flash when rom is from 6.1 to 6.5
