New unofficial FWs come out as mushrooms but is not clear what is the justification for that.

Thank you Lancez. I've upgraded from xxij9 to this one. First impressions are good, with a few differences:

Main menu is different, like the one in the T-omnia threads. Cube start button by default is hold button2, instead of soft cube from the middle soft button at main menu. Samsung today is included, unlike in IJ9. Samsung Settings menus are much more complete and logically split into several sub menus (I don't if the WM default settings will be missed, for voice command or something). Touch screen seems more responsive and smoother.

Many problems with CSC- I8000XEHJG5 (opera, messages and etc.)

with CSC - I8000NxxJF4 - no problems, using already one week.

I have tried it and on the whole it seemed nicer than most stock roms I have tried, but....why an Hungarian CSC?

I know I could set the language to English (UK) but there were still little things left in it.

Overall speed was improved, though.

But once I've used custom Roms I find it hard to go back to stock.

I've tested both JG5 and JF5 and neither is as beautiful as JE5 is or fast.

I believe you are referring to ROM JE3 (6.5.3) which has JE5 CSC. ROMs are usually named by the PDA version.

The same problem here.

Also Opera 9 Browser is in Hungarian, although I selected English language...
