is it just me or when you try and extract the files from the 1/10 roms it says it cant cause of an unknown method and a error??

Download latest version of 7-Zip program, it will work :lol:

1 Oct Roms are great, much better than 26 sept. B)

The youtube app in the latest version is great and buffers well too, but the video while playing skips every second of smooth playing on 3 to 4secs. Any solution? Basically i wanted to say is the video doesnt play smoothly it skips . :lol:

Here is a working 7-zip that will extract the Oct 1 update...

7z916.exe

916 is the latest and is beta but it did extract for me fine... enjoy B)

hmmm weird considering i tried extracting it with the 7zip version i had and also winrar and both gave me errors but this version worked

Your welcome, I too had the same errors with the version of 7 zip and winrar. Haven't flashed phone yet though but going back to the sense 2.5 rom from oct 1, as the cookie 2.0 is draining my battery too much. 100% charged this morning, didn't do a thing with the phone, was on sleep mode all the time, checked 1 hour later and was at 89%, so have no idea what is draining the battery. Didn't have this problem with the basic sense rom. NRGZ you are great cooker, for sure giving us the best stuff for our O2 phones!!! Thanks Tons!!!! B)

not a big problem tho.. but just wanna see if any1 experience this.. i suspect it could be some apps i installed..

i second that...same for me...can it be smooth?

For youtube problems, do a search using the search tool for Twu's rom threads, based on your wm ver, dl the stock youtube app. it will load slower but plays more smoothly and also renders the cooked youtube app gone and useless

I'm gonna have to go through the ROM and make it easier to use. Currently the SMS feature is a little hard to use.. the keyboard overlaps the bottom bar.. it's kind of annoying. I'll have a good "out of the box" ROM for you guys in a little bit.

I'm not too happy with the quality of the ROM out of the box and I like to put out quality ROMs!

all omnians here are very happy with the quality of the rom . u re unhappy because our devices need more adaptation with ure quality ! :lol:

One question if I push the sleep buton in other roms the conection data stop and save battery (if i want that the conection still running I used the Screen off cab), how can I stop all the conection data only push the sleep button?

Go to your wi-fi and in the menu select configure. There is an option for power saver which turns off the connection when you push the sleep button on the side of your O2. Hope this is what you were looking for.

why install just flash new nrg rom..has cht 2.0 in it...yup the orange theme work..see my image i sent before..:)

dun have that problem..do u already switch to compact menu?..you can try auto close patch by chainfire that u can download somewhere in this forum...;)

What files to download (found a lot at XDA but don't what to pick) and in what order to install.

I tried it, but can not get the pages looks like yours.
