OMG!! how can super amoled consume more batt??? it is supposed to reduce batt consumption.. Batt life is supposed to be good on omnia 2. with infinity today(the one made by a chinese developer not AGeye), it lasts a week. On my friends HD2 it lasts 3 days, same amount of usage. Not trying to say nrg roms are bad but to prove a point that the batt life is good on omnia 2. which i think is mainly due to amoled.

But i am grateful that NRG took the time to cook cht 1.8.5 roms :)

omg.....l love the way you reply :) :) :D . yes u have right super amoled consume less energy than amoled (-20%), also with more brightness ! that means samsung knows how increase performance and how keeping performance. but l can confirm u the battery is still ussue.

When I send a SMS (Samsung or WM one), I have again the SMS Sent notification popup and sound... so not work for me.

It looks freakin' awesome good with all that transparency going on.

Maybe too good... It looks nicer than it works, especially the cookie 2.0 sencity.

But it is real fun to play around with it.

Are you only cooking ROM's with cookie for now on?

I tried to cook my own ROM, based on the Titanium and added the HTC Sense 2.5 cab... What a disaster....

So I have much to learn....

Can I contribute with some testings?

I want to get the sencity to work as good as the clean Sense 2.5 ROM from Oct.9 (build 21681).

Tried several PagePool tweakings with the romtool without any luck.

There is too much closing apps (mostly samsung) right now.

If some content is removed from the rom, for example: ringing signals and backgrounds, will you gain the same ammount

of free ram then?

If so, it would be very usefull with a cleaner ROM and a complement .cab file to install on "My Storage" instead.

Maybe I'm totally crazy, I only have had my O2 for a couple of weeks now. So I'm learning more and more....

1) Enabling default MS SMS Thread (Not kill MMS function though..Dun worry.. :)

using any registry editor the edit this :

HKCU>software>microsoft>inbox>MsgTypes>IPM>SMStext>DLL

put "htmlnote.dll" in place of mms.dll

Dont restart yet..then change messaging layout in energyrom to "threaded"

it will ask u to restart..then restart..

After restarting check your sms by clicking all message in messaging tab..

then u'll see just like this..(may loading the message for the 1st time..maybe 3-5 minute depending total message in your inbox..)

check if ur thread is enable or not by clicking any message.. :)

2) Apply skin to MS thread SMS

Simple step..install this cab then soft reset:

TIP : for MMS you must using SMS-MMS.exe from /windows folder or open any picture that u want to sent then in menu send as multimedia message..

I cant find the "htmlnote.dll", how can I get it ??

Do you mind telling us what firmware you use?

E.g. What Eboot, CSC and phone version?

I'm at:

Eboot_I8000NXXJH2_HW_40.eb0

Phone_I8000XXJF1.bin

I8000XEEJH2.csc

And the Sencity is not working so good.

I'm searching for registry hacks to maximize the memmory right now, just for testing.

So far I have found:

i dont seem to get it yet...because i've never updated EBOOT or CSC or w/e..only ROM's...if i update EBOOT or CSC....will the ROM be faster or something?

NRGZ28: Is the huge battery consumption a bug in coocie 2.0 and possibly fixed in the upcoming 2.0.5 version? I did not experience that problem at all before sense 2.0 ROMs. Also, what is the difference between 21681 and 21916? Which one you recommend?
