Guest Rotmann Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Are there any other differences with the ones Argos are selling? They have the internal memory down for 150 MB instead of 512.... You are confusing RAM (512MB) with the available memory for app/games. All Blades in the UK are the same.
Guest Roph Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 what code you use mate? The one that guy posted, ZZ798. The site does recognise the code, but it won't let me use it, even though it is my first order.

Guest code2 Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Use a website like Alfasent to get a Uk address. Purchase the phone online and have it sent to the Alfasent address where they will then send it to you wherever you are for a fee. Just so you know, I have never used Alfasent or any other service like it so if you decide to go down that route I accept no responsibility for it going pear shaped! :D Thanks despod but it's a black/grey one I'm after. It is not true. I have mail forwarding adress, but the ADVERTISING SPAM DOES NOT WANT post to this fowarding adress! They find out that the adress is only forwarding adress!! ^ You can purchase it from ADVERTISING SPAM through eBay for 99.99 incl topup using a non uk PayPal account. It is not true. I bought one Orange San Francisco on ebay.co.uk and the ADVERTISING SPAM cancelled my order because I had a only forwarding adress. I think that is unreal buy the Orange San Fracisco if you are not citizen of UK!! Damn it! Could you somebody help me? thx!
Guest aequalszero Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Hi, I'm thinking about buying Orange SF / ZTE Blade and I have some questions about buying it online (since they don't sell them where I live). I was searching for used OLED version when I stumbled upon Bouygues Telecom's site. I don't know a word French and translator didn't help much, but I think they sell them for 169 EUR, though I don't know if there is anything else required (buying prepaid card/credit, having address in France, etc). I also don't know if they are able to ship to addresses outside France and if I can send it to them in case it needs fixing. Can someone who knows French please confirm and/or clarify this? I don't know much French, but I will mention that if you're thinking about buying from this site because it says the phones have an OLED screen - be careful. It wouldn't be the first time that an online retailer got the specs wrong (or used an old spec sheet to create the page content) and were actually selling TFT models.
Guest watrill Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 (edited) There is a post confirming it in the ZTE Blade - From Bouygues Telecom thread. I hope they didn't change it since then. Edited March 17, 2011 by watrill
Guest blade_ Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Hey guys I bought mine from very.co.uk (here) Its 99GBP now but you can have a 25 GBP voucher if you are a new customer like me =) using voucher code (ZZ798) can anybody confirm this?
Guest Roph Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) can anybody confirm this? See my previous posts. It's weird on that site. I've been trying to buy it with that code from very, but it's not having any of it :/ Edited March 18, 2011 by Roph

Guest The Scientist Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 It is not true. I have mail forwarding adress, but the ADVERTISING SPAM DOES NOT WANT post to this fowarding adress! They find out that the adress is only forwarding adress!! :D I never mentioned ADVERTISING SPAM.
Guest Roph Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 i see that but i hope somebody replies positive... you bought it?from this site? I'm holding off from buying it just yet. Considering it's been £99 for around 6 months now, and that the replacement (Skate) will be out very soon, the price should drop. If that Very.co.uk £25 off voucher worked I'd buy it.
Guest todoleo Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 It's now available from Tesco in both White and Black. Both versions are £99.97 and come with a £10 top-up included in the price. Happy shopping!

If that Very.co.uk £25 off voucher worked I'd buy it. £99 will still be the official price now and probably for the rest of the phone's shelf life. You may get £10 of somewhere but not much more. I would not be optimistic for the Skate release in the near future or at "reasonable" price.
Guest Lawed Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 Hey ebistgt, do you know if they ship to Germany too? Hi Stryke69, modem3g ships ZTE Blade to Germany and other countries.
Guest blade_ Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 yes but..skate isnt a class over blade? if anybody works the vouch code tell it here please..thanks
Guest pa49 Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) hello..can you send me this webpage? i found this but they send me to ADVERTISING SPAM so it is 99pounds... http://www.gomobile.co.uk/payg.asp?hs=sanf...amp;contract=pp Like I said give your nearest branch a call. Guest darkraven2000 Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 hmm. Can anyone recommend a U.K site selling it for 99GBP (or less) that's tolerant with forwarding services? Looking to get an orange san francisco and get it to Australia via Alfasent. Ebay prices are just a ripoff lol

Guest darkraven2000 Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 There must have been dozens of such "requests" in the past and answers had been given, even in this thread. Searched for "forward" and "freight" in this thread, didn't find an answer to my question. Most posts seem to be about places to buy it; without much feedback about sites or info on whether they ship to forwarders. So anyway, would appreciate a reply to my original question >.<
Guest pa49 Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 Are Orange still giving discount for Orange customers? Last time I checked it was £99 and you had to take £20 topup! Don't know about existing customers. Go Mobile is still the cheapest.

Guest userof2 Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 So do Orange still offer the £30 discount for existing Orange customers when ordering over the phone? I haven't seen it mentioned in this thread for a while.

I haven't seen it mentioned in this thread for a while. I called them earlier today just to ask this, the guy told me he could do me a san francisco as an existing orange PAYG customer for £79.99 delivered. I think I'll go with that option when I have a bit more money :D
