Guest xxtomox Posted September 30, 2010 Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 Hello, Not sure if people can help be but i have just got second hand HTC Legend that is unlocked but is still branded to vodaphone on 2.1. I have tried debranding and installing ROMS and all different instructions on different websites but i get errors all time. I tried create goldcard which worked but then installing Rom shows error 140. But i think thats due to it been on 2.1 and its on latest version. Can anyone advise. Also i tried ADB but i always got message no devices attched as far as I know you need to have your phone rooted to install third-party roms have a look at the rooting gide http://android.modaco.com/content/htc-lege...ow-with-1-31-x/ also you might need to downgrade you phone before you can root it what rom did you try to install ?
