I'm now uploading another test ROM

- it's in WM 6.5

- JH1 BASE

- Megalite (but with Camera and FM Radio still in the ROM)

- My Sense 2.5.2019 build

did you cook another one or just the same one? coz i have tried to flash that 6.5 and failed twice, octan just stopped while flashing.

@Lancez: 6.5 working for me, I have deleted dots and spaces in unpacked file before flashing (keeping extension of course)

few screenshots attached

few things I noticed:

- Sense working quite smooth

- Start menu scrolling smooth

- after jumping from start menu back to home screen it takes little time (0,5 sec) to setting up correct time back

Thank you for testing my WM6.5 Sense 2.5.2019 version for i8000, can you answer some few follow up questions ('cause I don't have a i8000 to test and check with :))

1. You reported "Sense working quite smooth", how smooth does it perform?

2. Does fpuenabler and S3clock work in this version?

3. Does FM Radio, Camera and SMS work?

4. Does my added apps work?

Just want to clarify that this is not a bug. It's because of the flip animation of the clock every time you go back to the home tab, you can disable the flipping though :)

1. Internet doesnt work

i cant get the data connection to work (so my location, facebook, twitter, facebook, IE etc that connected to network dont work) but surprisingly internet sharing is working well

After i added manually my network, it doesnt appear on the list.

2. Gyrator works but screen rotates crazily

The screen rotates to mirror position from actual.

3. S3Clock works

But Manila freezes at 1Ghz and 980Mhz like other manila as well

Hello I'll try to answer your queries

1. It should work (maybe it just need the right config) Install i8000 version of Samsung Settings to automatically get your network internet settings. By the way do mean via WiFi or Internet connection via your carrier?

2. This is because the HTCSensorSDK.dll in the ROM is for B7610 (Sorry for that :) ). Just replace it with HTCSensorSDK.dll for i8000 (place it in \Windows)

3. To run at 1Ghz, install Samsung Settings, set performance to Normal. Then you can freely use the 1GHZ (maximum is 1.24Ghz, you can set this via registry), though the side effects are: your device will freeze if: Camera is opened and if you try to turn off phone via power button (press and hold power button)

Anyway how is Sense' performance? (without using S3Clock)

streaming media in the rom is from HTC, and it's not really tested, so I'm not sure if it will work...

For video call, you need to install the Samsung Dialer

No, but you can easily install it with a separate cab
