Guest alen147 Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 I'm not really good at this, but would it help if the devs would make a new BETA working on ext4? Or someone to put all into one post.
Guest emptyara Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 tune2fs -O extents,uninit_bg,dir_index /dev/sdb1 i change to sdb2 coz my ext3 partition is located there.. after that line i got this error "tune2fs 1.41.12 (17-May-2010) tune2fs: Permission denied while trying to open /dev/sdb2 Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock."
Guest jimmad Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 give fsck /dev/sdbZ and give y and enter after each question to fix
Guest Rufik Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 "tune2fs 1.41.12 (17-May-2010) tune2fs: Permission denied while trying to open /dev/sdb2 Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock." Use "sudo".
