Guest Sinistersky Posted March 8, 2011 Report Posted March 8, 2011 ?? what does it do? in plain english xD
Guest cicciosprint Posted March 8, 2011 Report Posted March 8, 2011 (edited) Basically, it uses the phone's currently available data connection (EDGE/3G) to automatically retrieve the correct time every time you boot Android - beware, I assume you will pay for the traffic it uses unless you're on a data plan! It's using rather NITZ (Network Identity and Time Zone) Network means here GSM provider (like T-Mobile), not data connection like GPRS. Edited March 8, 2011 by voyteckst

Guest rom_omnia2 Posted March 9, 2011 Report Posted March 9, 2011 I'm facing a lot of issues for games For instance: angry birds, homerun 3D, ... lots of white squares .... beside that, it runs great! (just a few reboots once in a while but its OK) Tower Defense, for WINDOWS MOBILE, have the same problem (WHITE SQUARES), then this is not an O2Droid OpenGL problem, right?

Thanks. Same here with compass. Tested two different compass apps; it begins pointing at the north but it stops after 2 or 3 seconds. Application works but compass won't move anymore untill I close and run it again. Edited March 9, 2011 by forajido
