Guest mosci Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 Hey guy's ... does anyone of the B7610 owners/users get another device-descrpition than "Generic ARM V7" in haret? something like " GENERIC ARM V7 GT-B7610" ??? that would be nice to know - if so, please pm me! that could help to get the (at least) keyboard working
Guest MinaseTaki Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 (edited) confirmed vibration doesn't work here nor WLAN it activates but nothing is found (even if they are 2-3 wireless networks) Edited January 28, 2011 by MinaseTaki

Guest stu_2k1 Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 Working like a dream, wifi sinal now correct. Call doesnt drop when screen dulls. Vast improvment
Guest nachoijs Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 which 2d/3d library are you using?? Working like a dream, wifi sinal now correct. Call doesnt drop when screen dulls. Vast improvment
Guest alaamac199 Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 (edited) confirmed vibration doesn't work here nor WLAN it activates but nothing is found (even if they are 2-3 wireless networks) both WiFi and Vibrator work Great using the new update !! and it wakes up right away whenever you press the power button (at least up to now) , time issue fix needs (time) to confirm working or not but for now it seems working just fine ! EDIT : WiFi signal is also working .. Confirmed .. I'm using only 2D/3D drivers which were somewhere at the begining of the thread .. EDIT 2 : WiFi signal is stuck at (Fair) even when its very low or very good (right next to the router) .. Edited January 28, 2011 by alaamac199

Guest Zeemon Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 k i will try thanks. btw does the device dissipate more heat when running android or is just me? Yes it does, especially when you run it off the sdcard, you can feel the sdcard heat up very rapidly if you take the back off....
Guest becosemsaida Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 Did all that was mentioned in the first posts, spend too much time reading all the pages (still many people ask if this works on device xxx !!!) but having a BIG problem: WI-FI does not connect to my network, neither to other free ones..... since i cannot connect with 3g/gprs i cannot update anything. Tried to connect through pc but doesn't work. Having also big problem with new drivers: after 10 min it just hangs................. Really would like to get this up and running maybe some help from the experts??? GREAT JOB IN DOING THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bugs will sort out with time...... becosemsaida
Guest MinaseTaki Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 UPDATE after clean install vibration does work but the WLAN same thing...
Guest greatwiseone Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 k i will try thanks. btw does the device dissipate more heat when running android or is just me? I find that it really heats up if it's running wifi and downloading apps. Under normal use, the heat isn't too bad.
