Guest bobhero Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 Installed patch, entered APN, 3g did not work until after first reboot. Seems to work fine, downloaded a bunch of apps from market. here not work, and a bad thing: the sleep freeze seem returned ;) Also noticed a sleep freeze.

At the moment they are all over the place. I got my phone working but it is less stable since the latest update, I am not entirely happy because I do not know if the instability is causing by the latest update or I may have missed something. I cant run home switcher any more, force close every time! Anyhow, thanks the DEV team for the great job thus far.

Guest Pete B Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 (edited) Well I used a work colleagues computer to download the file and his computer also downloaded it with the two files inside dated 27/1 and exactly the same size as the previous update. So it is not a cache thing for me. Would someone be kind enough to upload it somewhere else? As this isn't a beta install file and only update files I wouldn't think it would be a problem mirroring it would it? Sorry to bump my message about the link still downloading the o2droid.zip file with both the o2bupdate and zImage file showing a modified date of 27/1. If you can't tell I'm excited to try 3G on Android! Could someone upload the new file to rapidshare or something similar? You could actually attach it to a message as its smaller than the limit. I have tried to download on multiple computers from http://o2droid.phj.hu/index_en.php and I always get the file with 27/1 modified files not 31/1. I suspect some of the people who are having dramas with 3G not working are in the same boat as me and actually downloading the 27/1 version even though the link says 31/1. Great! - Settings / Wireless & Networks / Mobile Networks / Access Point Names - click menu, and select New APN - Enter the following: Name: Bell APN: pda.bell.ca Proxy: web.wireless.bell.ca Port: 80 - Click menu and then save

All work well but there are veeeery often : process ******* is not responsing . Thei com very often ? Whats rong? And in android there stands sd card damages
