someone who managed to use sim contacts can explain to me how to do it pls

i tryed to delete google account but nothing

I have the same problem

Although I could set email account in the email application and could retrieve the mails trough wifi,

when I try to configure mail account in contacts,

first it tries to connect trough gprs-data which fails and then

it says that it will attempt trough wifi, but this doesn't succeed either ;)

New Keylayout

I modified the keyboard layout to achive one thing. This thing is to disable the unlock with Menu button phenomena.

What I achieved:

After you install this update, you can wake up the phone with Hangup and Lock buttons only!

What I cannot achieved:

When the screen is on, the Menu button still unlocks the lockscreen. But now it's hard to unlock (harder than before), because when you push the Hangup or Lock button in your pocket accidentally, the phone goes to sleep again after a few seconds.

Android is not so bad for battery ;) I just did two calls 26 and 29 minutes long and it took my battery from 95% to 78%. Not bad, but I wonder how accurate is a battery meter in our version of Android now....

not bad ;) good joke... 95%-78% hahaha...you crank me up :D))

CAREFULLY read this ;) After you're done with it...login to your gmail account on Android and just wait until it syncs...Don't sync tasks it will return error...Just sync contacts

That's not posible, because the Hangup and the Lock buttons shares the same keycode.

Use search... It was written several times. If You do not know how to do it, maybe better option is not installing on my storage?

Well good for you. It was not a joke. It really worked that way and it gave me some food for thought. As our phone is "rated" for about 300 minutes of call time then 18% of battery life is about right (screen was off during call). On the other hand when idle the drain is much too big - in winmo I could run for 5-6 days with 15 minutes of call time every day, here it is 12-18 hours and battery is dead (with 1 hour of call time).

Hallo, guys. I have a great problem!

I want have to install Android on my Omnia's personal memory, but when i was deleting the original partition from Ubuntu (Gparted, no Virtual Machine), the So crashed.

Now phone and pc don't recognoise the personal Memory....Any solution???

I've had this and used minitool partition in windows which got the unformatted (or unallocated can't remember) and it worked. I wish I remembered the exact details but by using Ubuntu, samsung reset and minitool I eventually got it working. Also helped with the phone saying no my storage.

people, if you have problems like a lot of "force close" dialogs, or slow performance (in WiFi, 3g, or in general), try changing the sd card for another one faster/bigger, it solved ALL my problems (now i am using a SanDisk 16GB HC Class 4). Now i have a very good, stable Android version.

I have too class 4 sd card, well... it's 8gb but, for me it's very slow. Does it matter if it's kingston or sandisk?
