Did u mean SIM PIN? If that is the case, I dont set any SIM PIN code.. I noticed, after new update default will be on airplane mode.. so i turn it off. took some time to turning off. Still, network signal is not there..

playing around with airplane mode now.. and some reboot..

EDITED:

now i knew why u ask me to switch it on n off.. bcoz, I cant put my phone in airplane mode anymore.. ??

just noticed, vibration also missing.. just for info I did update with Rapids Vibration Fix in latest o2droid.zip on the first page on dev.'s website..

To make the vibration work, you need to install the latest update, then after the dorid booted, you need to reboot it.

Well I have done the whole storage card install which worked well until what I think was caused by corruption, try installing again and it works for a while, corruption again with kernel panic errors. So went to my storage install. No more kernel panic errors for ages. Well the odd one but a reboot seems to fix it rather than a reboot. Sometimes halts somewhere else on boot but yet again a reboot seems to fix it.

So I have located a local place that sells Patriot Class 10 16GB cards and considering the storage card install again. I have got a 16GB Sandisk Class 2 card at the moment.

Android was working fine after the 31/1 update with Rapids installer. But now I keep getting waking from sleep problems.

1) Is it worth a shot buying a class 10 card or am I just as likely to get sleep problems as with the my storage install and be wasting my money?

2) Anyone with a class 4 or above that has been getting problems after Android has worked for a while?

3) Are there any benefits from a storage card install over a my storage install apart from the supposedly quicker transfer speed?

The my storage install seems to have fixed the permanent kernel error on boot but this sleep issue is bothering me and doubt the high speed storage card will help this. I have a feeling people can call or text but I never know because Android doesn't recognise or remember the call/text but still has connection to the network so the record vanishes into cyber space.

Android stuck in Airplane Mode.. Some said just need to reboot couple of time..but still a failure for me. I not receive signal from network..of course 3g data plan and wifi also doesnt work..

vibration not working even after update Rapid vib fix.. did reboot couples of time.

was it caused by the o2droid update may ONLY for those who install in SD Card? I guess....

I have tested it in last 24 hours with new updates and what I can say: Its fantastic!

I never more back to the WM 6.x.i.t. OS, about WM7 I nothing can say, I dont know that, who knows...

My battery drain fast, its only thing that I still boring.

I'm very glad to devs, I'll donate soon, just I can, thanks to all that has contribuited with realization.

I am still on my quest to get a working voice input keyboard...

I have tried Swype v2.6.47.11856, and the HTC keyboard from XDA, but both keyboard do not even work as basic keyboards.

Has anyone had any luck with a voice keyboard?

Haven't tried voice kb yet... but have installed swype and it's working like a charm ;)

When hardware part will be finished. This is priority. Then porting to froyo will be easier.

sorry, i'm stuck with sleep problem.

Phone doesn't wake up anymore.

i did:

fresh install _> reboot

31/1 update -> first boot and skip everything, shutdown phone

3d drivers -> configured google account and everything.

problem i find:

once , installing 5 things from market phone rebooted in my hands

always : if it goes standby, even talking, it doesn't resume.

is this sleep problem confirmed from devs or from some very conscious user?

thanks for help.

Sleep problem still exists, but on different layer. It needs some work to be stable.

I'm still hoping there would be an answer to my question.

I'm curious if a bad boot to android might spoil the battery driver for both Android and WinMo.

My phone has been getting seriously hot and unusable. I wish someone can answer my question.

Hey when i install android on my storage with the described method at page 36 , how can i install the updates? Just put it into my storage and run haret?? or how do i install them?

12.In the Ubuntu go to Applications-Accessories run Terminal,--> write down this:

sudo cp /media/disk0/ext2.tar.gz /media/disk/ and wait untill finishes

after that write:

cd /media/disk/ there will be a line like : cd /media/disk$

you must write down this after this line:

sudo tar xzvf ext2.tar.gz -C /media/disk

(edit: you can also extract all you o2bupdate.tar.gz to system with above methods)

Where i must write down these lines??

greets

EDIT: and where i can tipe in these lines?? :

13.Turn of the VMWare Plater & Ubuntu, plug the USB with the phone to PC again and edit the line:

Set CMDLINE "rootdelay=2 root=/dev/mmcblk1p2 init=/init" to this:

Set CMDLINE "rootdelay=2 root=/dev/mmcblk0p5 init=/init"[/b and save it (EDIT: if you get kernel panic you can try mmcblk0p6 ,or mmcblk0p2 if you have a ext3 partition)

14.Unplug phone -> and run Haret exe from the root of My Storage not from inside o2beta folder

Do You know what You want to do? ;-)

- updates - allways to \My Storage\

- Ubuntu (or whatever linux) is used to extract beta directly to partition on disk where My Storage is
