Guest ANGEL_666 Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Download CPUBoost from the Market and set the governor to conservative Hi Sandor! If I wright this value in init.goldfish.sh, will this work?
Guest contable Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 @Kapica - not only you are rude, you are an idiot as well. The cpu does not work 100% all the time, install any monitoring app and you will see that. Stop spreading garbage and install all relevant updates. @all: rude discussions aren“t welcome here. Please treat each other with more respect. The next time I see any kind of rude discussion here I will think about warning the members or suspend their accounts for some days... Thanks for understanding.

Guest contable Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 I forgot to mention that some users should read the topic before posting here allready answered questions. Indeed this is annoying and makes my angry, too. The next time I will delete those posts without asking. Thanks.
Guest Goodge Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Is CPUBoost actually changing anything? I'm watching the CPU speed in another application, and it always seems to sit at 800...
Guest slmz Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 (edited) Maybe a FAQ in first post make the users don't repeat so much basic asks. Just my opinion. @Contable I forgot to mention that some users should read the topic before posting here allready answered questions. Edited February 3, 2011 by slmz
Guest slmz Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Is CPUBoost actually changing anything? I'm watching the CPU speed in another application, and it always seems to sit at 800... But the difference must be in sleep stage, like thru the night. So at morning the energy is there and along the day on your pockets.
Guest contable Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Maybe a FAQ in first post make the users don't repeat so much basic asks. Just my opinion. Good idea but I think the topic starter doesn“t have time for doing that. Maybe somebody else can start another thread with FAQ“s and all relevant updates so we“ll get less pages here. In this case I could add a link to post #1 (after getting permission from the topic starter).

Guest ult_nrg Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 What I cannot achieved: When the screen is on, the Menu button still unlocks the lockscreen. But now it's hard to unlock (harder than before), because when you push the Hangup or Lock button in your pocket accidentally, the phone goes to sleep again after a few seconds. I believe I have fixed this. Download the attached file, extract android.policy.jar and replace the android.policy.jar in /system/framework/ with it. Restart the phone (it might take a little while longer on reboot) and the middle button should no longer unlock the device automatically! Sorry for the manual process, I don't know how to use the automatic o2bupdate.tar.gz.android.policy.zip

Guest sss1243a789 Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Hi, ęå It seems that you got cameras working? See from your desktop picture on 51haoa There's a 360 blah blah... which is a panoramic camera application And BTW : čæ幓儽 I think the camera had not been working, and it is only a screenshot tool icon in the desktop picture... i think so.. and ..best wish : ę°å¹“儽
Guest ult_nrg Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 I tried it and it worked like a charm! Good job! I created an update file from it. Ah right, it's as simple as making a tar.gz archive with the file in it (and in necessary folders). Thanks for that!

Guest voyteckst Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 (edited) voyktest i installed that cpu libraries, but quadrant can't finish to run the processor benchmark i didn't notice any improvements in 2d 3d benchs ;) These are not 2d/3d libraries. Quadrant don't work becase beta is missing video playing support. Difference You can see for eg. in linpack. PS. I'm writing this for the n-th time ;) Edited February 3, 2011 by voyteckst
Guest vidavi Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Almar's tweet "I have a clear cam output! Hope to fix the last issues with camera soon." Good Job Dev!!!!! ;)
