hy guys here i'm again xD i have some problem to send sms... with stock rom e metal.froyo when i try to send a sms and the phone doesn't have signal tell me impossible send sms bla bla bla bla... ok but then the sms is stuck.. that dispite the phone have again signal, the sms doesn't send and i can't send sms... I'm foced to reboot the phone and then i can send sms... this problem i found in rom stock e this... How i Solve?? i use handcent sms because i thinked was problem of default app of sms but, the situation doesn't change... any idea?? sorry for my bad english but i get up now xD someone want caffè? xD

you can flash the rom one time again, but before flash the latest bin froyo.

about dolby mobile, to being italian, I don't understand a lot. With this rom in liquid a1, do you listen the differences of dolby mobile? Im not, and what about the equalizer, is the same of all cynogen rom.

if I want to Overclock, where can I find this kernel?

if I don't like the overclok because of the jack audio's problem How I comeback at the original kernel?

How do I enable a2sd on this rom?

I first used LCR, and there you had to type "apps2sd on" in terminal.

However, it doesn't work with this rom. How do I activate it?

Since you have Liquid E,update to official Froyo,you can download it from Acer's downloads page

but i flashed the original bin froyo on my liquid E before metalFroyo, but this problem i have it too with official rom... then i can't make nandroid backup and i wouldn't replace everything

Strange.. I will check. And,if you have problems while trying to peform a nandroid backup, well,this is a known issue of malez recovery. To solve,wipe cache before doing backup :)

I only see a fix for ext2, and I have applied that.

Yes,random reboots are one of the known bugs of OC kernel ;)

Can I safely use that?

The procedure will activate ext2 support. Then,reboot in recovery,partition your SD card creating an ext2 partition. After that you can move apps to SD :)

Even if I'm not Dario I'm one of his team mates and cofounder of CDT. If you mean where we did learn how to cook ROMs and do ports we learnt from devs like Vache, Borkata, Koudelka, roggin ecc... in our experience in the thread: "[REQ FOR HELP] How to port a ROM to the Liquid", from our first ROMs and from flashing flashing and reflashing our custom experiments onto our Liquids :)

P.S.- We are cooking some gingerbread for you ;)

It's strange..for me works if I wipe cache..Try this solution (from Harness)

-Perform a Nandroid to intentionally get the error

-prepare your adb and type this (IN RECOVERY): (If you get "unable to mount" error,unmount all FS in malez recovery

mount /dev/block/mtdblock5 /cache

mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/mtdblock5 /cache

chmod -R 755 /cache

Then try to perform nandroid backup :)

Well,to be honnest, I'm not good at Java..and actually, it can be useful (such as AuraxTSense) to fix bugs related to sensors/GSM etc.. I will send you a PM with some start points to cook roms :)
