Hmm, yeah, i've noticed it too.

Try this:

Change enable-player back to true and enable-http to false.

media.stagefright.enable-player=true

media.stagefright.enable-http=false

Searching around, i've found disabling stagefright player for some reason affects quadrant.This should fix it, i think.

Yes i see that too..and i have made change like you said..but its still at 434 it use to be 1008..:D but i have not seen any change in speed of froyo its fast neway :P

how do u get tv catchup to work on android in general? it says i need flash. and the iphone page wont work? :s

I got 450 until enabling it again and setting http to false.

Youtube still works and quadrant score afterwards was 908

^^Check the updated instructions on the first post.

You have to re-enable stagefright.enable-player to true and change stagefright.enable-http to false.

tried editing in root explorer ,

click on system

-build prop (got a shield next to it)

long press (open in text editer)

deleted true and typed false in "media stagefright . eneble.-http" entry

menu

save and exit

only i still got green bar in utube , any kind soul guide this noob please

if you only tried once in root explorer then your backup should be the default settings ,

if so , delete "build prop" , and rename "build.prop.bak" to "build prop" (just delete the bak) then reboot handset

then in root explorer ,

click on system

-build prop (got a shield next to it)

long press (open in text editer)

deleted true and typed false in "media stagefright . eneble.-http" entry

menu

save and exit

reboot handset
