I installed the r4 MCR, how to change the boot animation?

I try with rom manager,but doesn't work

You want to change SYSTEM:customize\resource\bootanimation.zip.

The zip file has to have no compression (Compression:store in winrar)

Create your own, the push it to the phone via adb.

EDIT: upload the bootanimation somewhere if it is good :-)
