I am so jealous of all your shipping numbers i have had right trouble. Ring today to find that my order hadn't been verified and was told it was done and would receive confirmation emails in the hour. This did not happen, rang again and got told my house??? Needs to go through a security check. WTF. I ordered one on a card used multiple times. God knows when mines going to arrive. Have tweeted @adventvega to see if they can help. No chance of it getting here before xmas now.

Mine has been sitting on hold since the 5th of Dec despite clearing the security check, I only received the e-mail to say it was processing yesterday. Apparently there was a glitch with the system. :)

So far so good, ordered Saturday night from Currys, got a confirmation email straight away, then two "we are now preparing your Currys order for delivery" emails a few minutes later. Then Monday morning a DHL tracking number, which said it was in Lincoln, then the DHL site died. Today (Tuesday) the tracking shows as in Borehamwood with courier for delivery (I'm in Watford). I'll still believe it when I see it, but from reading other people's tales of woe I feel very lucky so far.

Mine changed to say it had been passed to another courier and now says out for delivery from the Lichfield depot.

unfortunately I'm at work and no one is in, hopefully next door will take it in or they'll take it to the Post Office in town. :/

Maybe just as well though - if it was at home right now I would find it very difficult not to go AWOL from work :)

Yet another phone call later, apparently due to large volume of orders some had to be manually processed mine was one of them. Apparently its all done now and waiting dispatch. I'm not holding any hopes for it.

It just arrived (11.30), there is a Santa and he drives a DHL van. Now 'Er Indoors won't let me open it until Xmas day, bah humbug. The case is pants though, think that'll be going back.

Mine arrived about an hour ago, had a quick play to make sure it wasn't dead, tested the r5 prebake which worked great (although no small notification bar) and have now paid my dues and got the performance pack running. Great pack Paul, makes it so much better (I didn't really expect much but by goodness it has an effect!)

Well.. after all that... its finally here and running with its custom ROM... Its a pretty impressive little device..

Im having a problem with Voice search but hopefully after giving Paul his *VERY* much deserved £10 on payday hopefully I can sort that out and continue to explore the hidden potential within..

Yet, for once, royal mail managed to get here. How rubbish. And I can't get to the depot until Friday, when it'll most likely be closed. Will have to rely on the dhl bloke pulling his finger out and getting here.

In an astounding stroke of perverse luck my fiance's mother was admitted to hospital with pneumonia which worsened today. As such my fiance had to finish work early and get dressed before going to hospital to visit. DHL picked the time she was at home to deliver the tablet! ;)

On my way home to it now! :)

Hurrah it arrived....Boooooooooooo...it's DEAD AS A DO DO :0(

Won't power on, USB says it is an 'unrecognised device'; won't accept the Nvidia USB driver (says it is not needed). Won't perform any reset function. Just managed to charge the battery. Have a blue light and that's all folks.

Heading back to Currys for a refund tomorrow. Such a long wait for a pile of c**p........

Looks like I'll by a Viewsonic G Tab in the US when I go there next month. Better spec, same money, might even work. No Android Slate Xmas pressy for me this year :0((

Somewhere out there I have a WeTab stuck in snow... maybe I'll do better with that!

Tried that on their site but it does not recognise it. Phoned PC World back to check the tracking number was correct and was given two new numbers.

Neither of these worked either so phoned DHL. When I put the two new numbers in the automated service it told me that the product had been delivered in October!!. The original tracking number given was not recognised.

So hopefully it is on the way but I don't know where it is or when it might arrive!!

Have faith - Ordered mine Sunday as well on PCW, no emails at all, but when I called they said it had been shipped!

Now writing this on a patched up tablet and loving it.

:) Hmm, no further update since the "Out to delivery" DHL email from early this morning, and no delivery by the time

I got home from work... nor now... not that I seriously expected to meet and greet with a DHL delivery person at this time of night!

Sigh, guess it's fingers-crossed for tomorrow instead...
