[Help] Cooking ROM WM 6.1

I removed many things successfully and got my first flash-able ROM.

My request is:

How disable TouchWiz by default. [solved Thanks to ( jacobn )].

how to remove flashlite ? [solved Thanks to ( Trueg ) at XDA]

how to include (FingerKeyb 2.1)? [solved (figured it out)].

how to disable samsung lookscreen? [solved thanks to ( jacobn )]

Remove black theme, but still get every things black [solved (figured it out)]

want to use (m6 colored taskbar) how to do it? [solved (figured it out)]

1- this ROM is Arabic language (0c01) but it start in English so, how to turn it to Arabic by default?

2- removed (Transcriber), but after flash and change language manually, it re-appear once again.

3- If I want to include packages but want it to be installed in (My storage) is it possible?

4- ... many will come soon :)

I hope to find answers, thanks in advanced.

I can't help you because I don't know how to do it. But I want to point out the title of this post. It should be "cooking roms" not "cocking roms". :)
