Could you please share the source? And/or tell me how it works?

I'm interesting in getting guest mode on usb host port on a tegra 4 device (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=ru&lc=ru&dlc=ru&docname=c03830254) in order to do fastboot oem unlock without the proprietary cable.
