help with rom

i am from Croatia an i bought samsung orange omnia 2 phone on the internet. it have windows mobile 6,1 and i want to flash it

i downloaded all but i can't update it to wm6,5.

PDA:I8000HZHIH6

how can i update my phone to new rom with English or Croatian language?

I read on forum that I must pick phone country but i don't know which one and i want to update it to my country Croatia(or Eng county) or wm6,5 with English language(ENG only, without chines or some wired letters) if Croatian doesn't exist.

PDA (.mst or .nb0) CSC (.csc) Phone (.bin) are they all necessary to update my phone to new one version of wm 6,5. or some good rom?

i read it few times! I already downloaded some roms but it is a confusing for me about csc u told that my phone is from Taiwan but so i am not sure which csc i must chose and where i can download it. I am from Croatia and i want to have csc for it or i can leave that i already have although i only want to have English or Croatian without chines or some other languages which are not known for me.

one of the reason why i want to update i had problems with my wifi my phone couldn't connect on internet via wifi. i don't know why?

so i plan to flash my phone with some good rom any suggestions?

I think the reason for my problem is network settings/operation setting i only have some operation settings with chines letters(7 of them) i don't have any from my country Croatia

my operator is TELE2 i can call normally and use internet via wap but i am having problems when i want to connect via wifi.

It worked before but I change something and now i tried all kind of combination but i couldn't solve my problem.

my settings in router are OK i tried connect with other phone and all ok. when i tried to connect with omnia 2 i saw in my router settings that 1 client is connect but when i tried to surf in opera i am getting error problems with network. (i also tried other application but i got the same problem)

here is the latest firmware, download the eboot, csc and phone. the MST/PDA file, if you want a official ROM, you can find custom roms here, but this is mostly english roms. you have to use a official rom if you want to have Croatia as language or any other language
