0x90, your latest r2.3 is causing an issue on JJFS RLS9.

The headphone icon disappears when your mod is applied.

think i have the same issue. using themes from the other thread. not a huge deal since everything still works i think ?

Next version will include the following updates:

- Updated Settings interface.

- Allways use Vol Up/Down as Dpad left/right

- Displays the headset statusbar icon.

- Support for transparent images in the statusbar.

- Settings to show/hide Reboot and Reboot to recovery in the shutdown menu.

- Imported a bugfix from the Android open-source project that will make launching applications a bit faster.

If you got any more wishes/ideas please post them here ;)

Beautiful set of changes. Can't wait. I need me transparency! I hope you continue to support FLB once r7 is out~?

1. music controls in the task bar

2. support for the de-crossed 0.2 ROM

3. do something like the webOS gestures? In every app if you would flick fast from right to left in the upper side of the screen, it would mean back, if you would flick from left to right it would mean forward/menu and if you would flick down-up it would mean home. A similar implementation is in the Miren browser, you can switch tabs or go back-forward with fast flicks/swypes.

- Also music controlls in the notification area

- Configerable Powerwidget

(- free the space there normaly the Carrier stands in the notificazion area)

- Allways use Vol Up/Down as Dpad left/right

this will be an option, i'm sure, or is it?

great work, thanks

I think i will support the next version of FLB ;)

But its getting a bit complicated to maintain all versions. Most of the bugs reported aren't really related to my mod. So i am thinking about making a new ROM from it and merge all good things from all the current roms and include my rom in it. That would make it possible to add more stuff from cyanogenmod, like the music player, a integrated settings app, Adding new resources!, etc..

The webOS gestures idea is a nice one. Might try to implement that in a later release.

- Configerable Powerwidget

Yes. Of-course its going to be a option ;) I don't think most people would like to lose the volume controls completely.

Iam thinking about adding music-controls in the recent-applications dialogue. Would that be a good compromise? I think its going to be to little space to have it in the status-bar if you want both the power-widget and the music-controls there.

About the configurable power-widget. I wont add that in this release. But I will probably add it in a later release. It takes to long time to create a new widget if you want a new release soon :D

The new version will probably be released in the next days. :D All of the things mentioned before are already implemented and working but I need to test it for a while ;)

Hey, I've uploaded changed framework files from FLB-Froyo r7 here http://www.multiupload.com/8QIROOLQZY

The android.policy.jar is exactly the same as MCR r11. Framework-res.apk has been platform signed like MCR and system.jar should be compatible with MCR r11 too. But I've uploaded them to help.

I think i will support the next version of FLB ;)

But its getting a bit complicated to maintain all versions. Most of the bugs reported aren't really related to my mod.

One reason I've been discussing this with other people and resigned my rom framework using sdk platform keys. It now means that the framework is compatible with MCR and vis-versa. So you'll only need to produce one version of the app for MCR and FLB then one for JJ because kallt_kaffe likes to be different P

when there is no easy way to put the music controlls where in this screenshot the "Sweden 3G" stands, than yes the recent apps is the better place

Than it would be nice to have a gesture to launch recent apps - holding home down is ok, but a swype feels better ;) - but thats something with the low low priority

take all time you need for the configerable powerwidget - knowing that it will come is enough

flibblesan thank you for thinking some compatibility.

Wouldn't it be great if all (ok let's say more) ROM Cookers would work together to put out one purly awesome rom?

@0x90 :

maybe i could do some testing for 2.5 (the next but one) should have some time after my last test for this semester

I would like to change the background of my lock-screen.

Would this be possible? I tried different apps but found nothing which ONLY changes the picture of the background.

That would be perfect.

I noticed a little bug i think. When i allow the quiet hours and set a special time, the next time i open the settings-app the numbers (i dont know if this is the right word, i mean 0:00 or 6:00) are not displayed anymore.

I hope you understand what i mean.

Thank you a lot for your mod!

I would donate big time if this could really be done by 0x90.

r0.2 support would be awesome, yes.

did you fix the bug with the wrong buttons in vertical mode?

not urgent - if it takes too much time 2.4 should be released before the fix - just wanted to write a reminder ;)

I would donate too if I were able to multitask with swypes. Who used webOS knows what I mean, multitasking is rubbish in every mobile operating system compared to it. Clutch can do this too but it's buggy/rubbish atm.

Oh replaced it with the MCR file to add support for the reboot option.

Did you try this mod with r7? It might work without the reboot option.

Nah never tried it i gave up on this mod until transparency can be restored in notification area. Manually adding it seems to cause boot loops. ;)

Just doing some testing with this MOD and it works fine on r7 apart from the transparency that Frankish mentioned.

services.jar is the only file that needs editing for r7. The other two files can stay as they are ;)

Thanks for the idea. It should be possible, might implement it in later releases. I have rebuilt the Settings interface so that bug will be fixed in the next version.

Havent fixed that bug yet. I currently dont use flb so its not a very high priority bug for me. (Flashing FLB and then rebooting fixing the stuff, then restoring my normal settings takes time) But i will look in to that. ;)

Great :D I am going to release the update soon. I had some problems with my computer, a disk failure. So had to buy a new disk and reinstall all development tools. But luckily i had a backup of everything. But its taking a bit longer then i expected.

I also have a quite big bug in the current version wich makes the statusbar not update the battery-status. As soon as i fixed that bug i will release it ;)

Good idea. Going to improve the lockscreen in later releases and that might be a good improvement :D Going to look in to that.

flashing the R6 works perfectly with R7 (rom) the only issue is that the.power widget does not show in the notification draw... gone back to my jj backup for now. I actually prefer the non transparent notification draw when using this mod btw
