I have deinstaled the NoFrils tool, befor that i selectet 600MHz max speed, is this enough?

Just install SetCPU, change the default governor to ondemand, lower the max freq to 600MHz and mark it to set on boot.

I just installed SS RLS3 and now I cant sync with my Google Calendar. Auto-sync is on but when I select my Gmail-account I cant sync it. It reads "Sync is OFF"

What to do? I wiped system & cache, I've been using JJ RLS6-9 and FBL r10b-r11b without problems.

Mine shows MD5: 3A7B101DD2F3F9DD7C5CC923A10406D

it should be MD5: 03A7B101DD2F3F9DD7C5CC923A10406D

just wondering if that 0 in front is a typo or should I re-download?

just tried to do it myself but the values return to 128

on reboot.

edit: or just use this app that does just that,its free here,or a paid app on market :D

my sd card is standard 8G

lower values pic is standard cache size 128

higher value pic is set to 3072(note that when set to 4096 it would not set on boot)

I think it's a bug in your MD5 app stripping the leading 0. :D Your md5 is 1 character too short.

Hi planning to install this ROM on my new san fransico just wondering will the phone need to be unlocked after I install the ROM or does the ROM also unlock the phone? I will be using my giffgaff sim.

The phone will need to be unlocked BEFORE you can use any SIM other than the Orange one supplied. Installing the ROM will not unlock the phone.

Yeah, thought so, on the other hand, clockwork MD5 was fine.

Re-downloading SS just to be sure.

EDIT: Yep, same, seems astro has problems if first character is 0

this only affects video, not stills, right?

If you have Tasker, the very latest version released today can control CPU speed so you could set that up easily yourself in the meantime.

Ok, this is the 3rd time now I've tried adding on Frankish's Themes that people say work fine, but don't seem to on mine (icons change colour but background stays as stock wallpapers). I tried the ones from his unified theme link for rs2 - if this is not correct could someone tell me where the correct place is as I can't find a place for ss r3 specific ones by him.

Is this possibly not working for me because I d/loaded the

How do I conserve/backup stuff like text messages, call log etc. when switching to a new rom?

I use SMS Backup + for exactly this, it's been flawless for me.

Possibly; gingerbread thin circle works fine for me with ss3 and I have not applied the blueish addon.

Re-apply the Swedish_Spring_RLS3.zip. All your apps, settings and data will be retained.

As usual, do a backup first, just in case.

Hi all

Is there any reason why the Reboot app from flibblesan Froyo ROMs shouldn't work here?

I've flashed the apk but when I use it, it doesn't ask for root/superuser access & just sits there.

Any ideas?

I don't think they are supposed to change the wallpaper. You can do that manually.

er.. that is not entirely true. Can't remember if this SS RLS3 is one of them but we have several Froyo roms on here that will bypass the netlock check. If you install one of those then you do not need to unlock your phone to use a different SIM card.
