Automatic SD installer available.

Hi voyteckst...

I already have my beta1 partition on microSD card. Before making it work I had to install beta1 about 2 or 3 times... And I saw that previous automatic installer was automatically detecting ext4 partition (created by first automatic installer) and was reformatting and re-installing without any problem...

Now I saw a note on http://o2droid.phj.hu/index_en.php saying this:

Note: It assumes that Your My Storage wasn't touched (so it is mmcblk1p5). You have to use 2GB SD card or bigger.

Does it means that I have, somehow, to delete Ext4 1GB autocreated partition from previous installation or I can rely on automatic installer features that would take care about re-shrinking Fat32 and Ext4 partitions?

Thank you.

Hello

The clock on the phone is always 1 hour back (with automatic time settings). If i set a different time zone (setting a "wrong" one, considering where i live), time is correct, but when i reboot, clock is again 1 hour back. It is exactly the same problem I had for Beta1, but i never solved...

I have this problem as well. Anyone knows what to do?

If You already have ext4 partition, it should only format it.

One question. I waited for months the release of a beta stable. I now understand that data is only in its wired and umts gprs ...

And 'that or I did not understand?

I have a sim with UMTS data connection with H3G flat and I would only GPRS.

:( :( :(

Sorry for my English...

I think, you must try for mmcblk0p6, Try and say, what is.

I have H3G Italy as well and I can make/receive calls without any problems and it does connect to UMTS for data: everything works very well. However I haven't tried if it goes on TIM when H3G is no more available.

Ok... But the partition size is 1024 MB. The one created with previous automatic installer in beta1...

Now (from what I read) I see that required space is 2048 MB...

Does beta2 automatic installer is taking care to shrink already existing partition (fat32 and ext4) to proper size?

Thank you.

Ok. Thank...

So, to translate, assumed answer is: "It will shrink your partitions automatically, even if you already have previous beta1 1024 MB Ext4 partition on your SD card"...

Thank you.

BTW: Great job.

It's enough to have clean fat32 sdcard, which is 2gb or more.

I have this problem as well. Anyone knows what to do?

1. In WinMo, select the time zone wich is 1 hour less than yours (I have to choose London time zone instead of Madrid)

2. Put your WinMo in time (1 hour more)

3. Boot android and now it must show the correct time
