I have something to share (since beta 1): That's a movie playing problem: Let's take an example that I have a 700MB movie (avi). When I play it in Windows Mobile (Touch Player), it can't be played smoothly without laggy. In contrast, when I play the same movie in Android (Mobo Player), it's quite laggy and sometimes loose the sound. Can anyone fix this problem...?

It is not faster than a even class 6 SD card and unlike you, I will provide you with my proof. People need to question things they read on the internet and not just accept them. Thinking for yourself is a good thing. If you can show me proof to support your statement, you might convince me, otherwise ...

First run of DD (below) is writing to a class 6 Micro-SDHC card, second run is to the internal storage:

512000000 bytes (488.3MB) copied, 67.996479 seconds, 7.2MB/s

That's why we state that You need SD card class 6 at least.

If then, download the attachment and just delete ".zip extension, not have to uncompress!

It is magic for us because we can now control the OpenGL settings per APP thus increasing the performance on our devcice.

Other then that it isn't magic that improves everything by a simple push of the button.

But my point was, would there be a possibility to improve the system UI by decreasing the quality? Since stock android is mostly black and when decreasing quality you won't lose any black. Or is it already minimized by Google itself?

There are many options to run virtual OS in many program, eg vmware, virtual box or live CD. You gotta google yourselves instead of keep asking those non-related issues. From what you've wrote you are definitely out of topic.

Do more research on virtual pc if you don't know. Try to get yourself some linux basic commands before asking those stupid questions.

Again no offenses as I've no problem in using linux and I can see that Dev team provided such a great support to everyone.

Conclusion: Do not take for granted.

I have already apologised in a previous post.

I wasn't asking questions about how to use linux my friend,

I was sharing my experience with trying to run linux from CD.

I only use linux as a tool, please refer to my first post regarding this.

Anyway, coming back to Beta3 on I8000,

I noticed guys that if you:

- Change the screen time out to 30 seconds

- Turn the Brightess down.

It will improve battery life a little.

it is magic i run nfs shif very good :rolleyes::D try correct installtion

But how? My NFS SHIFT has all white squares :(

EDIT: Since my last problem that random programs force closes I also am not able to use Chainfire3D correctly. It gives me an error: ERROR Could not write configuration !

I heard that error somewhere in this forum aswell. Now I also got the same problem. I will reinstall Android again with the automated SD card installer. After that is done I will check NFS SHIFT.

This is a physical limitation, no software limitation. The cpu will explode if we clock it to this.

(there are also s3c6410's procuced with less mhz)

but it can really be 1266mhz with our cpu s3c6410

why u're so eager to overdrive it to 1266mhz, when there isn't enough ram on board?

take a look at your PC, it's not just the CPU speed determines how fast ur machine can run

Mine always charged to 100% with beta2 and beta3. Maybe it is related to the condition of your li-ion battery. What does it say in WinMo?

In WinMo charging is perfect, when the Battery is fully charged,

Sorry Mate, you are looking at it from a higher level, while I am

looking at it from a low level.

To be honest, I may be making a sweeping statement here not

knowing how Samsung designed the phone.

If they designed it where My Storage is on board ie directly using

the same data bus as the cpu then it will be faster to access My Storage.

If they designed it where My Storage needs I/O to communicate with

the rest of the components on the board, Then My Storage will behave

like having an external Sdcard. In fact a high Class Sdcard could behave

better than My Storage in this case. Now if this is the case, we don't need

to install to My Storage. A high class Sdcard will be a much better solution.

I think it's not a big deal (since it still beta..)you can set your time manually.. if the time is not "refresh".. read post no 2, "Note 2",

Note2: Wrong time is caused probably by lack of 3g during boot. Enabling and disabling airplane mode should help.

and about network time sync, I think dev team just omit it for a while..after the bigger issue solved, I'm sure dev team will working on it.. :)

iI haven't got any problem, everything works, camera,bluetooth,wifi,etc.....

The Battery is not that bad, but it could be better, that's only thing.

I've tested SPB Shell 3D too and my problem is about font under icons, it's scramble. Beside that, it runs so so slowly....zzZ
