Some unwanted dutch language in my phone after flash

Hi everyone,

I've been messing around with a few roms on my phone, initially I was using some of the sense ones now have just reverted to the official JJ1. I've only ever used octans mini so have just flashed the phone and csc, but since the second time I did it some programs have been in dutch(i.e. the calender, opera and SPB mobile shell) I've always selected english in octans and have flashed it with a few different csc's including the official one.

Can anyone give me some advice to fix this? because the phone language is set to english and re-flashing it seems to have no effect so I'm out of ideas..or will doing a full flash with all 4 parts parts ensure that the language is properly reset?
