Hey C3CO, I was using your previous build and battery drain was amazing (60%+ by end of a day). I flashed it with S3 kernel and the battery life is not that great. Could I have 23/09 version with the previous kernel if possible? Thanks a lot. :)

Sorry, but I don't maintain old releases.

For me battery life is comparable to previous build/kernel if not slightly better.

Your higher consumption can be easily caused by the way you are using your phone or by installing additional apps and is subjective.

If it's not somewhere under settings then to disable bootanimation you can do one of

1) delete /system/media/bootanimation.zip

or

2) set "debug.sf.nobootanimation=1" in /system/build.prop

Check for Settings / Display / Hide status bar

If it's not checked and bar is still disappearing I recommend to do a fresh install of rom (with data wipe).
