Works for me, as I wrote in the reloaded topic, cm9 + reloaded > cm7 (booted up) > cm9 + reloaded (restored), and working as my trackpad under OSX :D

are you using softkeys?

Hmm guess i was talking out my arse with the apk signing then not the same thing i've encountered before. Still don't see why restoring doesn't work with reloaded. Have you tried restore then wipe dalvik cache and then boot?

Yea tried dalvic. Honestly have no idea to why it would effect a backup, but either way the system as a whole runs better without it, a lot more smoothly ,so iam not putting it back on.

Which version of CWM do you use?

4.0.1.4, I had issues with v5.

yeah, your still all here, ok, :) tried with the signed zip, installed, let it run to desktop( reloaded) cwm and made a backup. again to desktop and back to cwm. restored the back up made after a clean install without softkeys loads ok. back to cwm and again reinstall the backup with the signed version of reloaded, bootloop. "draws breath " then back to cwm after pulling the battery, reinstall a backup of the second backup made after the clean flash but with softkeys installed. loads ok. "Razzmataz stop nodding at the back there " . to make it a test I then, back to cwm, reflashed the clean virginal backup put reloaded on after rebooting made another backup, tried the one with the signed zip, still bootloop, restored the 1st recovery ok, back to cwm restored the copy with just reloaded but no softkeys, bootloop. now back on the recovery with softkeys...... anyone got a cigarette.

try it reloaded and nandroid dont mix :)

- Wifi tethering not working yet? Any progress on that? My laptop has internet through my android phone and wifi tethering, it so essential!

- Any estimation about a final release of the rom? March or April?

- And the 'big' question: if I install this rom today, when a new update one will be available, how can I install it? I mean, I will do the same process, all the steps from the start? Any chance to keep my settings?

I had a bad experience with 'atomic' rom. I went from version 1 to version 2 keeping all my apps and settings, something like an overwrite/update process. But when I made the same for version 3, I lost everything. So I sticked to version 2. I want to install this rom today, but I also want to be sure that I will not have to setup everything from the start, when a new release of this rom appears. So, what should I expect finally?

That app is NOT official. A guy just named it CM9 music. The app you get with the ROM is THE official CM9 Music app from the repos.
