yes, I retried it and it's working partially with camera zoom fx, where it it pulses, phases on and off. with stock it's black screen, unless you change orientation, then you get a glimpse of preview, and some on-screen options appear. never had it with the kernel that came with the rom ,but ceco hasn't touched the camera so don't know how changing the kernel has effected the camera in a positive way :)

You have just used your phone ttwo times. I think u should let it run everything and stay locked for a while. I had the same thing as u and then after a while got it.

should not matter, should show up after a number of seconds of the phone being forced to sleep by the power button :)

try this: rescan media

I think media scanner can be problem som times on cm9,so this app allows you to force stop media scanner and enable it when you choose to.

been running the new kernel for this rom for an hour now and its like a new rom the graphics seem sharper the keyboard seems to respond quicker bluetooth is working well the only issue i have is that the auto brightness no longer works i would like some advice on what settings to use with over clocking of the cpu

heads up, the new Nova launcher update #23-04-12 just f/c on my phone, so make a backup before trying, and unfreeze trebuchet so you've got a launcher to go into if Nova fails for you too. :)

Deep sleep - tested the previous tilal's kernel and same behaviour. msm_serial_hs_dma is keeping the kernel wakelock not allowing CPU to enter offline mode.

I am pretty sure it has something to do with bluetooth. I will try to look into it.

Autobrightness seems to me it's working OK.

I have some problems with 2G/3G switch in notification power widget. It behaves odd. Is this a known issue?

I will try to go for another kernel round today.

So, we got a partial working S3 kernel... I await the fully working S3 kernel when that gets released... Great work...

I remember when I first put ICS on my Blade a while back the mobile data toggle indicator would suddenly just stop changing after clicking it on/off a couple of times... Is that what you're having issues with it?

Exactly. For me it looks like it doesn't work at all.

morning mate, I stopped using It when on my racer, we had a few problems were it blocked access to files on your sdcard( cwm recoverys) when you needed them, don't know how it behaves on cm9, but for me it's a case of once bittern, but your suggestions are always welcome :)

have a play with, all phones are different, good starting point, smartassv2 governor, 122 minimum and 864max,but what ever you do don't set as boot, just keep increasing, in increments, your phone will start to lock up when you've overclocked to much, so take it back a step until it runs ok :)

can I ask what taos kernel wake lock is? as I am now getting this with tilals kernel :)
