Guest C3C0 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 (edited) can I ask what taos kernel wake lock is? as I am now getting this with tilals kernel :) TAOS is probably proximity sensor. And it looks like I have solved the BT wakelock. Just testing it and looks good :) <6>[04-24 09:48:42.760032] [POWER]******expire_wake_locks: start******** <6>[04-24 09:48:42.760032] active wake lock usb_bus_active <6>[04-24 09:48:42.760032] [POWER]******************** New update to test coming up in the afternoon. Guest plegdroid Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 feedback, My phone is now sleeping like it's had anaesthetic, good work ceco, need to test the battery though :D
Guest favod Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 more evidence that I'm a noob I've seen ppl talking about deep sleep what is it and how is it achieved ?
Guest C3C0 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 Tried sygic satnav while driving home. It worked fine for couple of minutes with some graphics glitches at the bottom of screen but worked smooth. After couple of minutes screen went off but I still could hear the sound. I suppose this is related to the same problem that causes camera preview broken...
Guest plegdroid Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 more evidence that I'm a noob I've seen ppl talking about deep sleep what is it and how is it achieved ? deep sleep is literally when your phone will power down and uses no power at all, which is good for battery life, wakelock is when an application will prevent your phone from achieving this state, either by design or by error, you can check it if you download cpu spy free from market, deep sleep is a good thing, if all that makes sense :)
Guest uzb777 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 C3C0 Can you make Bluetooth fix for CM9 (version from 31.03.2012)?

Guest C3C0 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 Look at the init.qcom.bt.sh included in my last update zip. I left my comments there. This script is called from init.skate.rc in ramdisk.

Guest C3C0 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 Works here. What doesn't work for me is the switch in notification power widget.. .
Guest plegdroid Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 3G data isn't working (running 07/04). "Data enabled" is on. Any ideas? try long pressing the widget and manually set data if it won't automatically enable it, it does it with me now and again :)
