Hello everybody! since 3 or 4 release, i notice something. The top and the buttom of the home screen are a little bit darker as the middle; witch file can i modify to have it transparent as the middle? I've already look in trebuchet.apk, i'll also look in the framework-res.apk. Thx in advance.

Try Apex Launcher, it has it as an option. (Apex Setting > Homescreen Settings> Hide Shadows) Also I find it faster than the stock one.

If I had to guess you should replace bg_cling3.png to a transparent one in the proper directory, but that's just a guess! :)

Try going to "wifi settings" and click menu button "advanced settings "and 'turn off wifi" set it" no never". Maybe it is set to" when screen goes down "or something

What about camera? Is it fixed? I am just testing my new kernel aimed for camera fix + other related changes.

Just testing it and seems to be working fine so far :)

taking pictures at 5Mpix works and no wakelock so no battery drain.

Video recordind doesn't work yet. Just preview. FCs when trying to record.

OK... I think I have quite stable camera now. Are you interested in patch for testing?

I think it could be flashed over previous cfx release. Should work.

Well. I meant like update zip, not source code patch. It's not that easy because you would have to use my kernel since fix is kernel based.

Well I think I've fixed it anyway really. The Hal I'm using right now seems to be working fine. No drain and 5mp works. Still good if you can put the zip up - I can test if there's more improvement.

is required for the camera to work.

Tested on tilal's CFX released on 7th of April. Should also work on all

subsequent releases.

I installed it. It seems that camera photo shooting is ok.

But after the update, the whole screen and all inside android, I mean everything on screen, become darker!!!

After this, I put brightness to maximum, but it did not helped at all.

Why this happened?
