No it is not, the ICS Gapps are ICS framework dependent, so they will not work on any 2.3 ROM.

Thanks and is it possible to flash the aosp surface flinger animation fix for burstlam or TomGs builds? because for some reason i keep getting a weird error when i flash the surface flinger from xda on cm9 builds

The ICS builds around here have already had the surface flinger fix for ages unless we're talking about a different thing

update 28, get it here: http://code.google.com/p/ics4blade/downloads/detail?name=update28.zip&can=2&q=#makechanges camera is fixed somewhat, no view of what you're trying to take but it does actually take the picture! :D

Thanks all devs for your good work. I haven't seen anybody working on FM radio for ICS. Is there a chance of bringing it to work ?
