Hi Raverrr,

Just a quick one to say thanks for RLS4, great improvements.

Shame about Bluetooth still not working though :( Could any priority be given to a fix for this on the TMV?

Today I bought a SanFranII and installed RLS4 (looks great, thanks), after unlocking with the instructions athttp://ztecrescent.blogspot.com/.

However, I have a weird problem of no phone network signal. No doubt it's something very stupid I'm doing, but I am seeing no network signal when I use an Orange SIM (this being the network to which it was locked originally), nor with an O2 SIM, nor with a giffgaff SIM (which runs on the O2 network - this is the one I really want to use it with). I can occasionally see a single network bar if I wave the phone around, but it doesn't last long. All these SIMs give perfect reception in the same location in other phones.

Any ideas? I haven't tried any other ROMs, so I don't know if this is ROM-specific.

Some phones are completely locked (won't work with ANY network - including orange) in case they are lost in transit. You need to contact Orange to get the phone unlocked. Stick your Orange SIM back in and give them a call. I had to phone them about 3 times before they managed to get my phone working.

this will be fixed. if you link me the stock ROM that bouncer 5 used for his debreanded ROM. I will see what I can do. Bluetooth its working in that ROM. Might get away with a simple file swap.

Well, either Fibble or Seb's debranded rom works with bluetooth... The problem is that I forgot which!!! lol :D

I guess I'll try them both again when I have more time and let you know.

Well, I have been running my TMV with this ROM for some 2 months and Bluetooth works flawlessly there

(I had to abandon the Bouncer 's ROM because it lacked the SIM toolkit)

These should be the stock ROMs Sebastian used:

No idea if this would work but this is apparently the latest available TMV stock ROM (but AFAIK there is nothing newer that the B13 listed on Sebastian's site)

@timot Some of the add ons are fishable zips to be flashed with clockwork. Some of them are apk's to be installed.

@ Psycho - that's the lamest excuse to call something 'ICS' I've ever seen! :D lol

The Blue theme in this release is exactly ICS colours to match those themed apps BTW.

Well I've installed RLS4 on my SF2 this morning, and I'm dead impressed. Everything seems to be working well, though I don't use bluetooth. The GPS problem I had with RLS3 is gone, and everything seems nice and smooth.

Congrats on a very nice release with this one!

Hi All,

Installed RL4 last night, it looked and felt really good, had a few snags later on ,the home screen froze when coming out of stand by and the power control widget was slow.

Was wondering if it was because i hadnt used CPU MASTER to overclock.

Thanks

Thanks, i will try it :)

Another question, about internal memory. Is FishNChips allow to expand it ? because i moved all my apps, except these with widgets, on my sd card, but still need more memory, and i don't success to make more space... thanks

Yes, its a2sd by darktremor and it is included in rls4.

You need to install a terminal (type terminal on play store) and type two command to activate it, but before you have to partition your SD -with CWM. Be sure to backup important data as your sd card will be formatted !

There may be a tpt that can help us with the limited internal storage.

There should be no freezes. Are you currently overclocked? To high if that's the case. And if not, have you rebooted since flashing the ROM?

These also need to be flashed. I will make clear instructions for those who are unsure like yourself

you can actually use and choose sskin themes if you install the butterfly+ launcher. there is no need to use the butterfly launcher itself, but as soon you install a theme for it, it shows up in nemus launcher theme menu as well and is easily selectable.

I've never had to use a terminal to use a2sd. Just install a2sdgui from the market (it was included in the original Fish N Chips release).

Have you tried the "Morelocale2" app from the Market .. eh... The Google Play Store?

If you're asking that then you're probably not overclocked because you have to actually set those values yourself and it sounds like you haven't. If you did want to overclock, or even underclock, then you would use an app like SetCPU or AnTuTu CPU Master
