Read the thread would be my first suggestion. Then flash the ROM again.

Full wipe , flashboot flash boot.img, install rom, fix permissions, rboot phone...done

hi guys ive flashed this rom everything is working fine only problem is ive lost recovery when i try to go to the cwm recovery i wont let me the phone phone just boot straight up ive tried flashing recovery images to my phone but still no joy would like a bit off help thanks paul

Boot into fastboot with USB connected, and do fastboot erase cache.

So the cpu issue and the sound issue goes away after a full data wipe?

Mine still doent go under 304mhz, big battery drainer here...

And just boot loops very weird

Yes, just download and flash in recovery

That is kernel related. The bricked kernel also has (or had) that problem. Flashing another kernel solved that problem (on Sense based roms!)
