Well I got an Xperia Arc S but I still love this phone.

When I experience any lag with it I get mad while with this, if something runs smooth I get really happy. :)

I can't decide wether to get Xperia S or Galaxy Nexus, I don't really see the big deal with JB.

But if I'm gonna do unroot design (like BlackBearBlanc) it will be better with a Galaxy Nexus.

How' s the ROM scene for SG3?

Really good. CM9 nightlies, CM10 'preview' (not entirely sure how stable it is), franco kernel, Paranoid Android, CWM Touch. Life is good if you want to tinker with the S3.
