Google Play - "Error processing purchase (DF-BPA-09)"

I have gotten this error trying to install the camera launcher app and also trying to install AVG Antivirus.

Whatsit mean??

How do I make it go away?

Never seen it in Google Play installing things on my NexusS smartphone... just on Nexus7
