Guest fraska Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012 I'll zipalign apks for minor ram consume and i'm searching new interesting mods
Guest Davidoff59 Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012 The radio is notoriously difficult so I doubt its just a case of flashing an apk. Its broken on many custom roms and there is a reason for that.
Guest RonnieAhmed Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012 Fastest B934 ROM. No complaints so far.

Guest Coffer52 Posted September 14, 2012 Report Posted September 14, 2012 Anybody got fix for the defaulting to internal SD card, I have tried to set it to external but on reboot it reverts back.
Guest andy/newbie Posted September 15, 2012 Report Posted September 15, 2012 been using this rom for a few days now ,keeping it as it seems light and zippy, best of the rest in my opinion.
Guest fraska Posted September 15, 2012 Report Posted September 15, 2012 Thanks I'm basing the new version on B940 and I'll add new mods than the actual version

Guest bladebuddy Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 Lovely and fast, but NOT GOT ROOT! How do I get root on this quickly/easily? http://androidsu.com/superuser/ Download and flash in cwm.
Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 http://androidsu.com/superuser/ Download and flash in cwm. Cheers! Already done that and got it working. Although Superuser was alreadyi installed as part of the build, obvioulsy it doesnt; work properly. So all working now. Installed exchange email zip, ics-circle battery mod zip and superuser zip, all gone on fine, so ad-free and light flow now work well. Huawai FM Radio apk installs and works fine. Getting a noticeably better phone signal on this ROM for some reason. 936 based roms were giving very poor signal.

Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 How do I install the 'blue circle battery mod' without the need to change ROM's? You need to find ics-circle.zip and install it using CWM.
Guest Cyda Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 How do I install the 'blue circle battery mod' without the need to change ROM's? See this thread:
Guest Colossae3.23 Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 See this thread: http://www.modaco.co...927-modaco-ir1/ Thank you sir. I was wondering where that was. BTW, I tried twice and chrome is flagging a message that the ICS-Circle file appears to be malicious. I do know that could be wrong, but just a heads up anyway. The regular "Circle" file gave no such flag.
Guest Cyda Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 Just downloaded and checked the ICS-Circle file and it seems fine here. Just a normal flashable zip file.
Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 (edited) I have to say how good this rom is. It's streets ahead of the others in terms of speed and responsiveness. Haven't found a single bug or issue yet. Just ran Antutu on it and it came up with 3190, that's with all my apps installed. Never broken 3000 before on any rom, even straight after a clean install. Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 OK, some links for you. All flash with CWM. ICS Circle battery mod http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85369816/ICS-Circle.zip Exchange/Activesynce email (use this with gmail settings for activesync to your gmail acocunt without threaded conversations!) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85369816/email-with-exchange.zip Superuser (you need to flash this for root access) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85369816/Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip Huawei FM Radio APK (Copy to SD card and install) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85369816/HwFMRadio.apk Also recommend Power Toggles form the Play store - that gives you a battery circle if you don;t want to go down the CWM zip route.

Guest Potatoes Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 (edited) Regarding the battery circles, I wasn't sure how many changes to the SystemUi.apk has been made in the versions since B926 so I made my own with a tool which mods your existing SystemUI file http://s2tip.blogspo...d-tool-all.html Edited September 21, 2012 by Potatoes

Guest Potatoes Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 What could this be used for? Hmm, it changes the battery icon as per the current discussion in this thread
