Guest kyan31 Posted December 18, 2012 Report Posted December 18, 2012 any way to go back to Cm9 from 10 without wiping everything? I'm wondering the same thing.
Guest Pain_Deluxe Posted December 18, 2012 Report Posted December 18, 2012 with touch hybrid cwn i cant load my batt when phone is off. It boot after a while. with 6019 i dont have this small bug
Guest unaszplodrmann Posted December 19, 2012 Report Posted December 19, 2012 (edited) Gotta love all the "is there any way back" posts... Yes people, there is. It's called do-a-nandroid-backup-before-upgrading-because-thats-what-its-there-for. The 4.1.2 gapps rewrite the data stores to an updated format, so flashing CM9 over the top and then flashing the 4.0.x gapps will likely just result in a world of pain. Guest Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 For anyone that wants FM Radio on CM9 (although the free version is only mono) For those people who want one more time use Radio FM in ROM 10.0 with JB 4.1.2 here is app for you! In menu option Menu-> Settings-> Audio-> Method choose msm7x30. Works automatic and you don't need to restart Spirit. Here is direct link to free Radio Spirit FM app http://d-h.st/3Rf Many thank to programmer Mike Reid for building this app and supported Huawei G300 device. http://forum.xda-dev....php?p=13379669 Good find! Works on CM9 R5 too. Use settings Audio / Method / msm7x30 Mot XT557/Hua GS300
Guest Feahnor Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 Is there a way to adjust camera parameters such as noise reduction and sharpening before flashing the rom? I find the camera in this rom heavily oversharpened and lacks a bit of noise reduction.

Guest pepdavies Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 I don't think there will be any more updates to this one
Guest Jossel Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 I haven't rooted my g300 yet. I'm pretty new to this stuff. But I have the official ota ics update and wondered if it's a good idea to root and install Cwm and cm9 mod or perhaps just to root? Any help and advice is greatly welcomed. Thanks.
Guest tcpaulh Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 I don't think there will be any more updates to this one Daz has said that updates to cm9 will be less frequent but still ongoing :)
Guest Pain_Deluxe Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 Try a different wlan router Yep must be a easy box problem With AVM @ my oncle no problems
Guest sashko69 Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 Daz has said that updates to cm9 will be less frequent but still ongoing :) I really doubt it, since CM10 arrived I didn't see any CM9 updates. Besides that, RC4 and RC5 were not better than RC3 - quite the opposite so I believe RC3 is the most we are getting out of CM9.

Guest hippy dave Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 maybe next time try "Daz hath spoken"?
Guest tcpaulh Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 maybe next time try "Daz hath spoken"? Blasphemy! Thou shalt not take the name of the lord our Daz in vain
Guest hugocard Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 Is this rom ready for everyday use ? it is indeed
Guest unaszplodrmann Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 Also, how is R3 is categorically better than R5? I wonder if Daz forgot to sprinkle the .zip with the same magic fairy dust before uploading it, therefore rendering the fixes and enhancements in R4 null and void?
Guest thebuell Posted December 22, 2012 Report Posted December 22, 2012 for me r5 is perfect Fit for its purpose I'd agree. +1
Guest ficko98 Posted December 23, 2012 Report Posted December 23, 2012 @Dazzozo do u plan update for cm9? soon or?
