Just read the 4.2.2 update gives nexus 7 a 20% battery increase. Don't know if that is an optimization on its chip set or kinder code.

A quick question.. Is it possible to disable HSPA and only use UMTS for 3g connection?

I searched everywhere and did not find any solution.

I am one of those people that have huge battery drain on 3g and was wondering if this could help.

Rather pleased with battery performance - using llama to toggle airplane mode @ night, Toggle 2G, Lux Auto Brightness & Google autosync off.

Just thought I'd share as so many posts complain of high battery drain

You sure you only have this problem because of the rom?

I've had it once and turns out my sensor (wich is at top center of the screen) was blocked by my screen protector.

Make sure it's not dirty or covered, even if the cover is transparent, the G300 sensor is very sensitive.

Seeder is fake. It just increases the CPU.

The former is, yeah. The latter removes a hack we had in place for R1 to get audio working at all.
