Guest PixelPixie Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 Just read the 4.2.2 update gives nexus 7 a 20% battery increase. Don't know if that is an optimization on its chip set or kinder code.
Guest kyan31 Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 4.2.2... I can't wait :D So is a new thread going to be opened for it?
Guest Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 4.2.2... I can't wait :D So is a new thread going to be opened for it? Why would it? It's just an update, nothing worthy of a new thread.
Guest Dazzozo Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 Well, as the CM post said, the update is deceptively large. I won't be doing a new thread for it though.
Guest classless Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 A quick question.. Is it possible to disable HSPA and only use UMTS for 3g connection? I searched everywhere and did not find any solution. I am one of those people that have huge battery drain on 3g and was wondering if this could help.
Guest ruilisboazero Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 I just wanna thank you for all your effort to provide us the latest releases in time!

Guest Titas Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 (edited) Rather pleased with battery performance - using llama to toggle airplane mode @ night, Toggle 2G, Lux Auto Brightness & Google autosync off. Just thought I'd share as so many posts complain of high battery drain Edited February 16, 2013 by Titas
Guest Marco Polansky Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 Am i the only one with problems with proximity sensor?it works but when i receive a call the screen turn off then it doesn't doesn't turn on when i end it.. Can i disable it? You sure you only have this problem because of the rom? I've had it once and turns out my sensor (wich is at top center of the screen) was blocked by my screen protector. Make sure it's not dirty or covered, even if the cover is transparent, the G300 sensor is very sensitive. Hope this helps!

Guest mr_mufy Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 TKS DAz. Downloading. Can u explain this? Voice call changes Remove MR0 audio blobs, fix audio properly It's regarding to in call volume?
Guest Dazzozo Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 The former is, yeah. The latter removes a hack we had in place for R1 to get audio working at all.
