Guest peetu20 Posted March 2, 2013 Report Posted March 2, 2013 C3C0, do you have any idea how to hack transparent statusbar for cm10.1? I saw some smali hack on xda, but whole UI overlapped badly , so it isnt usable...
Guest C3C0 Posted March 2, 2013 Report Posted March 2, 2013 Makes no sense to me to smali-hack when we have cm10.1 built from source. Simply ask the maintainer of your current cm10.1 to implement it :)
Guest omegavesko Posted March 2, 2013 Report Posted March 2, 2013 No, no, i mean that when you touch anywhere on the screen it focuses on that point. Ah. Strange, I could swear that was in the original AOSP camera apk people were flashing when 4.2 came out. Guess not. @C3C0: Those are the new AOKP toggles, right? Read about those just now, seems really cool.
Guest KingSingh Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 Awesome job with this ROM C3C0, I've been using it since its initial release. :D One small thing though; when I try to click on things, sometimes, my phone thinks I'm swiping. For instance, instead of starting an app on my home screen, I sometimes end up scrolling through to a different screen. Is this ROM related or am I just being clumsy?
Guest lenzi Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 Is it possible to add 3G only mod? It's the one thing that I really miss on this rom. :( Yes, yes, this would be cool. ;)
Guest ousZTE Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) hey what do you mean with no voice In-Put ?? and could i upgrade from CFX 2 ?? Edited March 3, 2013 by ousZTE
Guest ncoded Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 C3C0: Can you explain me how you got the play store mod working? I keep getting a status 0 error. It looks like I have to change some file! Thanks.
Guest C3C0 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 Yesterday I made new gapps 4.2.2 packages. One normal and one with multi DPI playstore . I can put them up.
Guest ncoded Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 That would be really cool! You're the man :)
Guest C3C0 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 New 4.2.2 gapps available in the first post. Standard + Multi-DPI 1) In case you already have updated versions of "Google Play Services" and "Play store" on Data partition, uninstall them first 2) Reboot to recovery. Flash gapps. No wipes needed
Guest wizard.no.84 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) for some reason, my "stock" gapps (26.2) working just fine.. even when i do factory reset, or update new room.. normally i did't followed instructions (i hate instructions :D ) i just changed the 1. to S3 (320) and the last 6. to 200, restart and that's it.. no multi reboot, no erasing anything.. just No. 1 and No. 6 reboot and gapps are working  but, will try this new one ^_^ Edited March 3, 2013 by wizard.no.84
Guest C3C0 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) Are you sure? 1) why 320? Skate's stock DPI is 240 2) try to search for link2sd via play store. What does it say? Compatible or incompatible? And yeah. Previous gapps are OK, too. But containing outdated version of play store. So it will update automatically taking space on your data partition. Guest wizard.no.84 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 i downloaded all my apps fromplay.. link, FB, viber.. all are working.. dont know why, but this time did't have problem with play.. even when i do a full wipe.. i start the setup proces (create G account) with 200dpi, and play is working normally ..

Guest C3C0 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) Circle is OK with hw acceleration disabled for lock screen. Do you have a different solution? This patch breaks the circle https://github.com/ParanoidZTE/android_frameworks_base/commit/2a892b1346cbd2e395877ec908819c43114773c2 Edited March 3, 2013 by C3C0

Guest C3C0 Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 yes You've just to add those lines to : system\build.prop ... ------------------- there is an other way to fix it , you need first to download "pimp my rom" you find it on the play store then follow those pictures : ... Aha. I don't think fixing the consequence instead of a reason is a good approach, but well... :) At least now I know that it has probably something to do with MDP composition. Probably something in our kernel MDP part which I am not able to revise because I lack the necessary knowledge. @ C3CO How to turn off hw acceleration for the lock screen? I can't find it in settings. It's not implemented yet.
