Guest Ribs85 Posted October 27, 2012 Report Posted October 27, 2012 Can this be provided in a non .exe format again? This makes it: 1) More likely to be downloaded by those who would avoid a .exe file in a forum like that plague. 2) Easier for us Linux users to run each adb line one by one by reading your .bat file :)
Guest Simon O Posted October 27, 2012 Report Posted October 27, 2012 It's a self-extracting archive. Download, rename to ZIP and extract somewhere and run tools/SanDiego.bat from the extracted folder. Or edit it.
Guest brit07 Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 is it possible for us to be able to install mods lie the circle battery mods from this in the future i just cant bring myself to replace files manually
Guest Pooloox Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Hello, I've an OSD with the orange rom and I tried to root it but it just reboot once and I doesn't have the superuser app. I think this is because I doesn't have the Backup-Restore.apk ?
Guest The-Bledard Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 (edited) Is the rom now laggy ? Edited October 28, 2012 by The-Bledard
Guest Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 rerun the exploit......did you quite the exploit window before it finished ? as in two reboots means finished, it may not do second boot until you are fully booted from first boot.
Guest Pooloox Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Already rerun but it stil not working... And I doesn't quit it before it finished :(
Guest Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Does the restore message appear on your device ?
Guest Pooloox Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Yes and I already clicked on restore my data
Guest stephen m Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 (edited) Thanks rickywyatt. Just one thing. Does option 13 also install an app on the phone for swapping SD cards like option 12 did for mass 'storage? Edited October 28, 2012 by stephen m
Guest lippo38 Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 Hello, I tried to flash orange ics with the tool (after successfull root) but when the device reboot, droidbot appeared and the command window restart just as if i ran sandiego.bat one again. I don't see on tool ''sending update" followed by "writting update" like jikobutsu said. So i can't flash orange ics.
Guest rickywyatt Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 have got the orange dump by paul in your sandiego folder and have you got the orange ics in the orange folder in sandiego?
Guest rickywyatt Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 dose it push the orange system befor reboot
Guest lippo38 Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 I noticed that i have to flash orange logo before flashing orange ics but flashing orange logo results in the same probem. After enable boxes in adbd insecure and remove/reconnect usb, when i press a key nothing happen and the command window just show me the menu.
Guest Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 Do you have the san diego folder in C:\ ? also try starting task manager, go to proccess tab and kill adb then open the tool.
Guest lippo38 Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 Yes, i have it on c:/desktop. I killed process but nothing changed.
Guest lippo38 Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 And is it normal that after reboot, there's nothing written on command anymore ? Menu again
Guest rickywyatt Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 is it in this place c:/sandiego/sandiego.bat if it is then it should push system folder to phone then reboot it should push the update.zip to phone then it reboots into recovery to flash it
Guest lippo38 Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 It is, pushed system folder, reboot with droidbot but nothing after.
